uh I'm left handed but I still hold my mouse with my right hand
I tap with 2/3 (above W and E)

if I used a lefthanded setup, I would use either numpad8 (pointer) and numpad9 (middle) or left arrow (pointer) and right arrow (index)
We definitely needed this thread not. Numpad 1 and Numpad 2. I've been using Arrow Left and Arrow up for a long time too.

im left handed but i use tablet with right hand ...and spinners is my nightmare ^^

7 and 8 on number pad
