Recently I changed PC's and I moved osu! by copy/pasting over the network but ever since I've started playing on my new PC no scores have submitted.
They are definitely my best scores for the particular map.
My internet is fine.
My score shows up in my local rankings.

osu! version: 20151001.1cuttingedge

EDIT: Just reverted back to a stable build of osu! and my scores submit perfectly fine.

So you are having this issue only with cuttingedge version of osu! while stable works completely fine? Anyway, are you using any firewall or antivirus while playing osu!? Make sure to disable it or to add osu! to the exceptions, since it can interfere with score submission.

Another thing you could try is simply restarting your router/computer, even though I doubt you will solve much with that.

If it's happening in Cutting Edge and not in Stable, the cause is probably the new network code... Could you try to disable IPv6 and see if the problem persists with it disabled?

Give this a shot and see if it works. If it does work I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent work-around though.
If you have more than 1 adapter in the network connections page, only change this for the adapter that is used for your internet connection.
Also don't forget to revert the change later on.

Allowing it through my firewall + antivirus had no effect on my score submission.

Disabling IPv6 fixed the issue.

Do you have a bancho_log.txt or network.txt in your osu! folder? If so, could you share these here?
