The Osu Championship Series (OCS) is a series of osu tournaments. It will be played in Standard Mode. Each tournament will be a 2 Stage Tournament.
The 1st Stage is the Qualifying Round. All players will play 3 pre-selected beatmaps. The score the player gets from each beatmap will be added to get their Qualifier Score. Players are then seeded accordingly based on their Qualifier Score. Depending on the number of entries, a certain number of participants will make it to the 2nd Stage, the Top Cut. The 2nd Stage will be a single elimination knockout tournament. all players will play in a best of 5 series. Players will take turns selecting from the pool of pre-selected beatmaps. The player with the higher seed will get to choose who picks first. the first person to get 3 wins will win the match and move on to the next round.
Top Cut:
8- 15 = Top 8
16-31 = Top 16
32-63 = Top 32
64+ = Top 64
Prizes: There will be no prizes for this first tournament, but in future tournaments there will more than likely be supporter tags given out to the top 2 or 4.
