Consider lowering the difficulty of BASIC. Make it 1.49 stars or below.
I prefer about 1 star because the difficulty spread between BASIC and NOVICE are close...

These are suggestions to help you lower the difficulty of this.
00:20:538 - 00:38:398 - make these notes resemble the other sound ( is it a violin? idk actually xD ) instead of the drums. Downside is it will become really uncomfortable to play because BASIC / EZ maps usually follow the drum sounds.

Throughout the map, don't follow the weaker drum beats like 01:29:189 (89189|1,89329|0) . Downside is it will become inconsistent and uncomfortable? to play because the sound can still be heard well.

00:22:491 (22491|2) - move this to 4
00:37:422 (37422|2) - ^
00:48:166 (48166|1) - move to 1
00:51:515 (51515|1,51654|3) - put these notes together, it emphasizes the beat
01:05:608 (65608|2) - move to 2, for variation. It also has a very little bit stronger sound than the first one, to also follow the variation at 01:09:654
01:07:840 (67840|1) - move to 1, ^
01:22:631 (82631|1) - move to 1
01:24:445 (84445|2) - move to 4
01:27:096 (87096|1,87794|0) - swap columns, more balanced
01:28:771 (88771|1) - move to 1
All the mods that doesn't have an explanation, those mods are for distribution of notes.
01:37:003 - these sliders are impressive. They follow the pitch really well.

It will be very hard to reduce it's star difficulty.But if you want to, try to remap some parts.
I think I have modded the other beatmaps...
