Like, in (1), use a clap, then in (2), whistle in the beginning, and clap in the end. And just keep on going like that if you like this~

Modding as per request. All of these are suggestions unless otherwise noted, so you can change whatever you'd like.

  • General
Try to avoid linear placement patterns with your notes, especially with streams. They're not very fun. Same goes for some of your straight sliders. (This is personal preference.)
Consider using combo colors. (Although your colors are a bit limited with the background, custom combo colors can be fun and I recommend it with everyone)
03:25:374 - This seems like a weird section to have a kaia fountain. Perhaps it would work better at 03:18:982 ?

I particularly like how the sections in kaia are mapped in this difficulty.
03:19:941 (4,5,6) - This pattern plays a little awkwardly. Perhaps copy 03:19:302 (1,2,3) and paste it here, and then flip it vertically?

Nothing unrankable or anything that particularly stands out as bad, but you really should avoid linear patterns. I mean, it's personal preference. But, overall, it looks fine. Just try to mix things up.

  1. Timing... for the most part is okay, but there's a few bits here and there [01:32:857] that sound off. I don't consider myself a timing expert, specially with multiple timing sections, so I probably wouldn't be of any help. Have you gotten someone to help you with it? From what I get, this map could use tons of new sections, but some timers prefer to keep it simple like this. I don't know if that's the case here.
  2. ...are you sure the BPM should be that high? Halved should work much better. You can use half BPM and double slider velocity and it should work the same. If there isn't a good reason for it, having the BPM like this would be unrankable, I'd say.
  3. For good measure, the first offset should start at 873.
  4. The downbeat at 01:53:311 should be... there. In case the other section is unavoidable, add another red section there to keep the downbeat in its right place.
[Hard]
00:28:820 (4,5,6) - This part right here... doesn't stack well at all. I'd suggest using another pattern, or doing manual stacking (which is a bit more complicated).
00:33:451 (5,1) - I'd avoid this little bit of overlapping if possible. Everything else is so neatly placed it looks a bit out of place.

This map... is strangely fun. It has a very classic feeling to it, and even though there's those streams, it doesn't feel very overmapped; in fact, it makes the map more charming and memorable. Good job.

[Comment]
Speaking about it generally... the map isn't bad at all. You got most structure and timeline placement down, really loved how you used the sliders overall. You should work on your slider shapes - using more points in long sliders is best - and your patterns now; to give the map more creativity.

Well... then again, this map is 2 years old, so it probably isn't a good measure of recent mapping skills.

Well, I only took a look at Hard for now. Going to take a look at other difficulties and stuff later!

Silly me, I should have build further on my last comment - I promised myself I wouldn't be vague with my mods anymore.

So, on slider shapes... I said more points equals good, right? You can take a look at this to see more or less what I mean. In the case of this beatmap, notice how you do "bad" shapes a lot:



To make the beatmap look nicer, I suggest you try to make the following sliders more smooth.

00:29:937 (7)
00:33:451 (5) - This could be a perfect blanket. Disable grid snapping if you have to.
02:26:240 (7)
02:31:672 (6)
02:43:667 (2,3)
03:21:539 (5,7) - These sliders should be more round, fitting the circles better.
03:24:735 (6)

Some of these don't involve adding more anchor points, but rather, centering the one already in use:



Also, it doesn't exactly affect the slider shape, but it's a good habit to end the slider where the last anchor point is (notice where I placed the last anchor point):



That way, reverse slider doesn't get all messed up, and it's easier to get the shape you want.

On the point of creativity... I felt like in some parts of the beatmap you were just "freestyling" instead of thinking the patterns beforehand. This isn't exactly bad, but it'd be better if some structures were more solid.

For example:
http://puu.sh/YKGJ - This pattern... doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. There's no symmetry or anything, it doesn't feel solid.
http://puu.sh/YKH8 - If it were something like this though, it'd feel better. At least the beats are making a pretty shape up there.

On this aspect, I can't exactly tell you what patterns to change or how to change them, since I would be transforming this in my map. If you did change some patterns around, I'd suggest these (these are the ones who struck me as most "out of place"):

There is one more point I want to bring... the little streams can look a little bit better. Now that we have the "Convert Slider to Stream" tool, it should be a cinch to make these streams more "round".

So, I guess that's it. It might look like a lot of work to do, but it's not that much. I haven't looked at Easy and Normal yet, so you could check them yourself to see if they have any of the things I pointed out above. In any case, I believe fixing the Hard difficulty is most important than fixing Easy or Normal.

Took me forever, but I finally went and addressed most of the critiques people have left since the last update, as well as halved the timing and doubled the slider speeds to keep them the same as they were before. Time for another round of modding, methinks.

I'm a major old school fan. I love your style of mapping. There's just not that many linear mappers anymore. There were flaws of course, but those flaws brought back nostalgia, so please for the sake of nostalgia, don't consider remapping these maps. It's really good.

Bumping again. Can a MAT or BAT take a few minutes to look at this? I've been working on it for literally years, I've put dozens of mods and kudosu stars into it, and my patience is running thin.

I have no idea why no one has bothered to tell you to add some tags because there aren't any.

The timing seems fine but I do more than often hit about 7ms early if you know how to change all the offsets at once I would suggest doing that in the timing panel you canCtrl click multi timing sections to move them by a ms value other than being simplistic this map is fine get this stuff taken care of and I will start you on your way.
