Something in-between these two https://puu.sh/wcS4E/d3f6c430fd.jpg would be apreciated, since Exote's uses a lot of buzzers while NiNo is purely stream and does REALLY exhaust you, for difficulty spread sake please make something that mixes both wolrds ~

I also believe the spread between those diffs is fine. The main idea was to map something inbetween Anxient and Nino, and honestly I'd rather make it closer in terms of difficulty to the easier diff, since they usually require more precise spread than anything above Insane. So yea, yet another diffficulty is totally unnecessary imo.
Did the happening get cancelled?
Perhaps there's a conspiracy to not get this ranked, especially seeing how many mediocre weebshit beatmaps get ranked constantly.

I cannot speak for other bn's, but I believe it is the other people are going on their queues to get BN's. Plus Bn's do not like checking a lot of diffs, because it means more work for them. Also, especially since Jacob never ranked, they do not want to write long mod posts about the map, since Jacob is still quite inexperienced compared to some other mappers.tatatat wrote:

... This info is mostly false. Jacob is probably having a hard time finding a BN because this mapset needs a tier 2 BN to rank it, tier 1 BN's can only bubble. I also may believe that Jacob wants to keep his 69 posts lol. BN's aren't going to ignore Jacob just because he's inexperienced as a mapper, and has never had a ranked map. In fact, most bn's I've spoken to are actually open to help new mappers getting maps ranked. Just, those maps aren't usually good, which may lead to bns rejecting the maps. It's really discouraging for new mappers to see such a good beatmap and still not ranking. Makes me wonder how difficult it is to get a beatmap ranked and it makes want to give up learning mapping.CraEZy wrote:

- mmm I really don't understand the diff names tbh, for example:
- Yauxo's NOVICE is an EASY diff while NOVICE is a normal diff why they have the same diff name? Exote's EXHAUST is an INSANE while NiNo's EXHAUST is an Extra (considering the streams etc) the diff names shouldn't be the same, my suggestion:
Yauxo's Basic
NOVICE
Anxient's ADVANCED
Exote's EXHAUST
NiNo's I don't really know what to use here, since the difficulty lvl is too different to Exote's, but also to Len's , this is up to u if infinite or exhaust
Len's INFINITE
Cryptic's INFINITE
INFINITE - ADVANCED should use more 1/4 repeat sliders atleast in the kiais for a better spreand, since Exote's diff uses a lot of 1/4s and advanced is a simple 1/2 spam most of the time

- 00:20:299 (5,6,1) - this doesn't flow well, it's a really uncomfortable movement
- Just as my personal opinion some clean up would be nice, some stream shapes aren't nice
- 01:14:198 (1) - the repeat arrow is hard too see (even if a tiny part of it is visible), also I tested with some players using default skin and most of them had problems to read it.
- 01:24:516 (4,1) - the thing that bother me a lot about this diff are the jump streams, for example 01:24:516 (4,1) - here you are doing a jump, but then 01:25:210 (4,1) - you don't and tbh 01:25:210 (4,1) - has the same sound as the previous 01:24:516 (4,1) - and in my opinion the start of a new stanza 01:25:297 (1) - justify more the jump
- 01:41:163 (4,1) - here idk the reason of why you didn't use a jump as the before parts ^, idk I feels that those patternss are super inconsistent, since they don't do the same at similar parts in the music.
- not a fan of the visuals, but that's just my personal opinion
- 01:07:219 (1) - 01:11:419 (1) - the volume lvls between red and greenlines are different
pop: the diff names at both lower diffs doesn't represent their difficulty lvl and the spread between advanced and exhaust, the spread can be solved by adding more 1/4 repeat sliders at the kiais, since having a 1/2 spam diff and then introducing streams at the next one doesn't seems right.

I followed the actual difficulty icon to choose what names to use. Both Yauxo's and my difficulty have a normal icon, so I called them NOVICE.
Normal icon = NOVICE
Hard icon = ADVANCED
Insane icon = EXHAUST
Extra icon = INFINITE
Because I followed osu's actual difficulty calculations I figured it would be fine. But I'll change them anyway.

Now, I do it moreso in my maps but I design a bit around it to make it feel more comfortable. Personally, I don't think this map would benefit from me making those spots stream jumps, but if you'd like, I can definitely do it. It's not too complicated of a change, just a bit time consuming.
