This is not a mod (it may turn into a mod in the future, depends on whether I have time), just popping in to say that I really do feel that the last kiai time in Oni is "overmapped" in the sense that it feels disparate from the rest of the map: the previous 3 minutes were mainly 1/2 patterns and occasional 1/4 triplets, but the last bit turned into a plet fest. Of course, only the last bit truly feels like an Oni, so one could say that it's not the last kiai that's overmapped, it's the entire map except the last kiai that is "undermapped", except for the fact that it's absolutely not from a musical standpoint. Being as slow and grand as it is, the song deserves a similarly grandiose treatment which I believe Nwolf captured perfectly in the first 2/3 of the beatmap, but lost completely with the last kiai.

So I feel like nerfing that bit in Oni is a must. That same bit in Muzu is an ehhhhh for me, it works well but is maybe a bit too much. Maybe make the Oni a Muzu and the current Muzu a Futsuu would suffice.

I don't really know anything about taiko but the last kiai is really intense especially compared to the rest of the song and asks for a higher density. Anyways, it's Nwolfs decision.
Nwolf
Mao said it.

I just need to finish my Advanced and we will be ready to go!

[Muzu]
[Oni]
  1. 00:20:806 (16) - k?
  2. 00:32:306 (39,40) - ctrl+g
  3. 00:58:556 (41) - k?
  4. 01:23:806 (15,16) - ctrl+g
  5. 01:34:806 (34) - würde ich ebenfalls zu einem k machen ,w,
  6. 02:13:556 (8) - move den lieber auf den weißen Tick davor.
  7. 02:25:806 (2,3,4) - auch hier finde ich D D K besser
  8. 03:24:556 (33,34,35,36,37) - ddkkd
  9. 03:53:056 (171) - add 'ne Note hier.

Hey, NM.
// = Suggestion
Bold = Must change/strong suggestion

[ General]
Seems good here :)

[ Winter Nwolf's Muzukashii]
01:28:556 - // Change to k for consistency with the next note?
02:07:806 - // Change to k? Flows a bit better taking this in count 02:02:806 (1,2,3,4,5) -
03:17:181 - 03:35:181 - 03:53:181 - Idk about these doubles, what I hear is that the melody lands here 03:35:056 - so, I suggest to move the first note of the doubles 1/4 to the left.

[ Winter Nwolf's Oni]
00:26:056 - How about you move this to 00:25:056 - ? Flute has way more volume that the guitar in the background.
00:43:806 - Change to don to emphasize this sound? 00:44:306 -
00:58:556 - // Change this to k? Follows the melody a bit better imo.
01:24:306 - Change to k? Pitch is way higher than the previous note
02:07:806 - // Same as Muzukashii
02:48:056 - Add a don here to make some difference between this diff and the muzu? It'd follow the background instrument (not sure how it's called lol)
03:11:806 - How about this? Follows melody a bit better imo

03:42:181 - Move this note to 03:41:681 - and change it to d? It'd follow better the strings

Not much to say otherwise.
Good luck! :)
Backfire
[General]
Is HP 7 really ok? Maybe 6? Its a pretty long song.

[Muzu]
00:50:306 (13,14,15) - I feel like this flipped (ddk) sounds better and kind of switches things up a little bit, I dunno.
00:58:806 - I think this is a significantly higher pitch/music shift so a kat would be nice
01:04:556 (36,37) - Switch?
01:30:306 - There's like a noise here, like a little drum, I think maybe don here would be nice? Emphasise the next note well.
02:13:306 - I get what you're doing with the note after this but maybe delete that and put a don here? It follows the main melody better instead of the instrument, but this is totally subjective.
03:01:931 - Idk about this man, it seems really out of place but I guess looking later its ok, idk. Ignore this.
03:37:806 - Ok but this one feels out of place, the other ones are fine

[Oni]
02:26:806 - I kinda feel like the kiai is a let down, every space with d d d d could be like d ddd, as it's an oni, I dont feel its too overmapping too. Hopefully you know what I mean
Oni is pretty nice gl
Lasse
01:46:931 (1) - why not extend this spinner to end on the bell at 01:49:806 - ?
make sure red lines are consistent lol

lupine
00:47:556 (2) - 00:52:056 (2) - would either put some hs on this or remove it, currently it seems a bit weird since unlike other stuff here it's not following melody or drums
01:30:056 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - how about using drum hitnormals here? would go well with the rhythm choice imo
01:42:806 (1) - sliderwhistle intentional?
03:00:306 (4) - could be 1/4 circles since drums build up a lot compared to last repeat
03:45:556 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - feels a bit overspaced considering song keeps getting more quiet

advanced
01:15:056 (2,3) - using blankets with such low visual spacing just looks really cluttered and forced to me. think going for something simple like https://i.imgur.com/KwanzKG.jpg would work better
in general i think spacing in some parts could be increased a little just to make things neater, the difficulty is already really easy due to low bpm anyway
spots like 01:32:306 (2,3) - 01:36:306 (2,3) - would feel much less cluttered if overall spacing was slightly higher
02:54:806 (1) - seemed like you sliders were usually leading into the next object so this one feels a bit out of place
02:57:806 (4,5,6,7) - bit much of a difficulty spike considering it's not even in an intense part
finish diff : (

normal
check aimod
02:28:806 (6,7) - bit too much overlap stuff happening for a lowest diff imo

[]
oni
drain seems kinda high for a long song and the ending is also much harder so it seems really easy to fail currently, even if you do well for like 90% of the map
01:12:306 - seems weird to skip this when you focused so much on melody before in this part
02:16:306 (12,13) - 02:18:306 (14,15) - second sound on each one is so different, think something like DK DK would work better, or maybe dD dD?
02:24:806 (1) - just not mapping this would be nice I think, so break ends when melody comes back
03:05:806 (21,22,23) - wouldve expected 1/4 somewhere around here with how you strutcured your additive rhythm
03:53:056 - triple would be nicer here than double cause of melody also being on red tick (or just 3x1/2)

muzukashii
02:16:306 (12,13,14,15) - and 02:24:806 (1) - 03:53:181 (95,96) - same as oni
02:30:556 - think this could be mapped since melody and current 1/1 spam is a bit much of a drop in intensity when music is still so similar
03:01:806 (3,4) - 03:09:806 (22,23) - wouldnt https://i.imgur.com/LX5UmN0.jpg make more sense with what's happening in the song? mapping 03:01:931 - instead of 03:01:681 - seems weird
similarly for 03:19:306 - etc something like https://i.imgur.com/ghZCZx7.jpg seems fitting rhythm wise
03:36:806 - this part could really use some triples with how much 1/4 oni uses, having it mapped as basically full 1/2 + 1/1 feels a bit too simplified

We are pending wooooh
Applied everything Lasse said except for 03:45:556 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - on Lupine because I mapped this because the pitch is getting a lot higher and that's more noticeable than the volume imo

I also fixed the metadata, you can find the sources here:

  1. 00:12:306 (4) - hier ist doch gar kein Sound tru
  2. 00:21:806 (17) - würde ich zu einem k machen ruiniert den pattern und was ich betonen will
  3. 00:32:056 (34) - d? hört sich, wie ich finde, passender an in dem ganzen 00:31:806 (33,34,35) - selbe note wie 00:31:806 (32) - ,
    nein.

Seems good here :)

[ Winter Nwolf's Muzukashii]
01:28:556 - // Change to k for consistency with the next note? hm I'm torn about this and I know the Oni does this the normal way. I think I'll keep it as don for now to highlight the kat, though.
02:07:806 - // Change to k? Flows a bit better taking this in count 02:02:806 (1,2,3,4,5) - hm ye

[ Winter Nwolf's Oni]
00:26:056 - How about you move this to 00:25:056 - ? Flute has way more volume that the guitar in the background. Added a note instead
00:43:806 - Change to don to emphasize this sound? 00:44:306 - ye

<everything modded past the 3 minute marker has been removed due to changing a lot on my own>
03:42:181 - Move this note to 03:41:681 - and change it to d? It'd follow better the strings Wanna connect 121 and 125 with 1/4 so uuuuh nop.

Not much to say otherwise.
Good luck! :) Thank

Went with HP6 after all because failing cause spike after 3 minutes on a non-X rated map is meh.

As promised ~

[Lupine]
  1. 00:32:806 (1) - Why don't you end it on the downbeat where the chiming starts (00:34:806 - ) instead of here where there is not anything that is intellegibly audible?
  2. 00:50:431 (8,9,10) - This stream sounds totally off , it actually sounds like a mix of 1/6 and 1/8 to me:

Better ignore that sound just like you did at 00:57:806 - imo.
  3. Any reason as to why you have a jump at 01:16:806 (1,2) - and 01:18:806 (1,2) - but you stopped adding any until the end of the section (01:29:806 - )? This is rather anticlimactic.
  4. Why are 02:14:806 (1,2) - so close and 02:16:806 (3,4) - so far away when you are mapping the exact same sounds?
  5. 02:32:806 (1) - Why does this slider ends on a red tick but 02:33:806 (3) - on a blue tick? The notes played at 02:32:806 - and 02:33:806 - are of the same length and power, giving one more emphasis seems wrong to me. If you did that to emphasize 02:34:306 (4) - more, I would instead suggest making a jump out of it.
[Advanced]
  1. 00:32:806 (1) - Same comment I did in Lupine.
  2. 02:16:306 (2,3) - Ugly overlap :?
  3. Why ignore 02:41:056 - when you kept mapping similar things the patterns before (02:36:806 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - ). Feels inconsistent.

  2. 00:50:431 (8,9,10) - This stream sounds totally off , it actually sounds like a mix of 1/6 and 1/8 to me: Gonna get more opinions on that but I can hear about 5 notes, so I just simplified it as a transition. The ones later in the song are different in that regard because you can't even say how many notes there are.

Better ignore that sound just like you did at 00:57:806 - imo.
  3. Any reason as to why you have a jump at 01:16:806 (1,2) - and 01:18:806 (1,2) - but you stopped adding any until the end of the section (01:29:806 - )? This is rather anticlimactic. fixed
  4. Why are 02:14:806 (1,2) - so close and 02:16:806 (3,4) - so far away when you are mapping the exact same sounds? 02:16:806 (3) - 's tail has no drum sound on its tail, so I wanted to differentiate 4 and 5 from that one. I adjusted spacing a bit though!
  5. 02:32:806 (1) - Why does this slider ends on a red tick but 02:33:806 (3) - on a blue tick? There is a drum sound on 02:33:306 (2) - 's tail, so I mapped this on and took the hold on 3 as a way to emphasize 1.

  1. 00:32:806 (1) - Same comment I did in Supine. Same comment I did in Lupine.
  2. 02:16:306 (2,3) - Ugly overlap :? changed that one
  3. Why ignore 02:41:056 - when you kept mapping similar things the patterns before (02:36:806 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - ). Feels inconsistent. I ignored it here to keep the intensity on 02:40:306 (4,5,1) - high. If I mapped that red tick, I'd have to have 4 clickable objects combined with a stack in a row which would be against the concepts used here.

Thank you! :3 Also updated Nwolf's diffs.

hi, as requested

As said on the Advanced, starting from 00:16:806 - to 00:35:306 - on the top diff, there is a slidertrack on most slider bodies which were following the flute and it was a great idea. Since this difficulty also contains a lot of sliders, it would be nice if you could be using some also,
  1. 03:16:806 (1,1) - You could be using the same combo here lol
  2. 03:45:806 (3) - At this part of the song, iI know it gets pretty intense, but I don't think it's necessary to add this reverse arrow on this slider has it doesn't follow much. I'd recommend simply deleting it and expanding this slider by 1/2
Advanced
On the top diff, starting from 00:16:806 - to 00:35:306 - , you are using a slidertrack on most sliders which were following the flute and it was a brilliant idea. Since this difficulty also contains a lot of sliders, it would be nice if you could incorporate your idea from the top difficulty to this difficulty.
  1. 00:49:806 - Coming to this point, there is a sounds that is worth being emphasized by making it clickable. Also, leaving 00:50:306 (5) - as the only clickable element does not make any interaction with the "back sounds", which can also be heard on 00:49:806 - . For these two reasons, you should delete the reverse arrow of 00:48:806 (4) - and add a circle on 00:49:806 - to follow the same "back sound" as 00:50:306 - .
  2. 01:02:306 (6,1) - The overlap of the slider (6) with the slider (1) makes me claustrophobic. Jokes aside, I really think you should be moving the slider (1)
a little bit more away from the slider (6). You can keep them overlapped if you want, but reducing the overlap will be more relax and there are plenty of space to do it.
  3. From 01:14:806 - to 01:20:806 - , the usage of the new combo can be a little bit confusing, since you go from a consistency of two measures to one measures because of the amount of objects you are using. It mostly gets more confusing at 01:22:806 (3) - since technically, if you were following the same consistency, you'd be removing the combo on 01:16:806 (1) - and on 01:20:806 (1) - BUT you would be adding a new combo to 01:22:806 (3) - . To be honest with you, it would be less complicated and more consistent and fluid if you were following your combo consistency. (To apply these, you should do the following:
    01:16:806 (1) - Delete the new combo;
    01:20:806 (1) - Delete the new combo;
    01:22:806 (3) - Add a new combo;
    01:24:806 (1) - Delete the new combo;
    01:26:806 (3) - Add a new combo;
    01:28:806 (1) - Delete the new combo.)
  4. 02:02:806 - This note should be holding the flute's note at this point, which is not the case if you use a circle. You should be replacing this circle by a slider instead. The note will be held and it would be following the melody.
  5. There are places that you are making the spacing wider to emphasize the strong noise coming from downbeats, However, the spacing of these are not consistent. I'd suggest you to make these spacing consistent with a spacing of 1,20x, it would be quite fair. Apply this to the following:
    03:00:806 (1) - Currently 1,14x
    03:04:806 (1) - Currently 1,34x
    03:08:806 (1) - Currently 1,09x
    03:12:806 (1) - Currently 1,07x
    03:18:806 (1) - Currently 1,35x
    03:26:806 (1) - Currently 1,27x
  6. 03:07:806 (3) - With this slider over here, I'd like your opinion. Do you think it is necessary to make the spacing wide? I know it has a strong sound and it could be following that, but you could follow 03:02:806 (1) - and make the spacing consistent by 1,00x. Or at least, try to have the same spacing as 03:10:806 (1) - but making it smaller than 1,20x (to make a distinction from the previous point)
  7. 03:14:806 (4) - Add a new combo here to make it consistent. (also consistent with 03:32:806 (1) - )
  8. 03:28:806 (1) - Is the spacing of 1,49x necessary? I feel like it's a bit too much compared to the previous patterns.
  9. 03:36:806 (1) - 03:38:806 (1) - 03:40:806 (1) - 03:42:806 (1) - The spacing of these four sliders is messy, yet they kinda follow the same intonation of the song, so it would make more sense if the spacing was similar from one to another.
Lupine
What is the meaning of Lupine? Does it have a link with the song in a way?
  1. 00:31:806 - The sound of the flute coming from here is not greatly emphasized. Knowing it has the same hitsound as the previous element, which is in this case a reverse arrow, the intonation of these two elements is not the same. You could be adding a finish hitsound as it will also reflect on the previous finish hitsounds that were giving the same impression such as 00:28:806 (1) - and 00:26:806 (2) - .
  2. 00:32:806 (1) - I'd give that slider a higher push as it's the last major note of the section. Even thought you have a section with the spacing being consistent by 2,00x something like a spacing of 2,30x wouldn't hurt and it would be interesting to play.
  3. 00:56:806 (4,5) - Having these two sliders stacked together on a gap of 1/1 is inconsistent with 00:48:806 (6,7) - as you seem to be alternating with the stacks and the consistent spacing to represent the two distinctive sounds from 00:48:806 - and 00:49:806 - . I believe you could be doing the same with 00:56:806 (4,5) - as you could differentiate both sounds on 00:56:806 - and 00:57:806 - by moving them apart from each other.
  4. 01:04:806 (3,4,5,6) - The emplacement of these objects are visually not appealing as they create some kind of blanket with the previous slider, but the slider is not shaped correctly to do that as it's already blanketing the slider before this one. For these objects, moving the circle (3) followed by the other objects to x:243 y:130 will follow the flow of the slider (2). Also, if you check out the distance and the angle of the end of the slider (1) with the beginning of the slider (2), it makes a similar distance from the end of the slider (2) to the next objects.
  5. 01:08:806 (4,5,6) - Can apply with the previous suggestion. The angle that creates the circles (5,6) with the flow of the slider (4) is too large or (Obtuse) compared to the angle that creates these objects 01:06:806 (1,2,3) - (which can be considered Acute). You should be polishing that a little more. If you've followed my previous suggestion, the emplacement of this combo will change, so it would be the perfect time to polish the angles and make it less obtuse and try to focus on making more acute.
  6. 01:15:056 (2) - The 1/2 jump is not representative at all since the stronger noise comes from the previous object. If you were trying to make it visually bigger because of the sounds, you should've make the spacing bigger on the previous circle instead. Also, since you've made a jump on this slider, the logical thing to do would to make it consistent with 01:17:056 (2) - , 01:19:056 (2) - and so on. However, this is not the best way to do it. For the slider on 01:15:056 (2) - , I would like to see this slider being reversed by CTRL+G, making the spacing consistent on a spacing of 1,40x with your next objects.
  7. 01:22:306 (4) - Starting on 01:22:806 (1) - , it's like the beginning of a new measure (If you start the first beat on 01:14:806 (1) - ) and you can hear a transition sound from 01:22:556 - to 01:22:806 - to indicate this. Which means, you could be adding something here to emphasize this moment. To do so, you can replace the 01:22:306 (4) - by two circles and another circle on 01:22:681 - in which you could stack the triplets with 01:22:806 (1) - if you want.
  8. 02:14:806 (1,2,3,4,5) - I like your idea here with the sounds, but it doesn't feel like the emplacement of the objects is not representing the intonation of the sounds like they should.. As you can hear, the sounds are strong on 02:16:306 (2,3) - and on 02:18:306 (4,5) - , yet, you have a consistent spacing with 02:14:806 (1,2,3) - and then a larger spacing on 02:16:806 (3,4) - and back to that small consistent spacing on 02:18:306 (4,5) - . That inconsistent should be reviewed and you should be polishing that a little more by taking into consideration that the sounds are stronger on 02:16:306 (2,3) - and on 02:18:306 (4,5) -. (While trying to get a solution, I just moved these objects like this, if you want to inspire yourself from that)
  9. 02:26:806 (1) - As it's a pretty intense moment of the song and that would could be emphasizing the crescendo from 02:25:806 - to 02:26:806 - , the spacing of this circle can be increased a little more, you can also try to make it not overlapping with the previous slider. It can be an introduction to higher spacings like on 02:28:556 (6,1) - and on 02:30:306 (4,1) -
  10. 03:06:056 (5) - In this part, the most dominant sounds are on 03:05:806 (4) - and on 03:06:306 (6) - , which means that the circle (5) doesn't feel necessary as it doesn't follow the dominant sounds. You could be deleting it and change 03:05:806 (4) - for a 1/2 slider instead.
  11. 03:18:681 - Over here, there's a strong sound which is not greatly followed by the double-reversed slider, so the sound can be misleading. You could be using the same object as 03:17:306 (2,3,4,5,6) -, so 03:18:681 - will be a clickable element and it will emphasize the sound coming from there.
  12. 03:21:806 (1) - There's no hitsounds on this slider and that makes this part uncomfortable D: . You could be adding a clap (that is actually a normal-whistle) as it will harmonize with 03:21:556 (4) - .
  13. 03:29:556 (1,2,3,4,5) - The flow of this stream is not pleasing to play as it creates an anti-flow with the flow of the previous stream. You could be doing something similar to the screen below, as it creates a movement that goes back up while curving at the left and the flow is maintained from the previous stream: (I did a CTRL+H then I rotated the stream by 80)
  14. Shouldn't 03:35:556 (2,3,4) - and 03:37:306 (2,3,4) - similar spacing-wise?
  15. 03:40:806 (1) - This slider is going backward and the flow can be misleading. As the last reverse arrow is making the ball face to the left, the flow is broken as the next object is at the right. You should consider of simply reshaping the slider to be similar as 03:40:306 (6) - so it connects with the next slider.
You could be doing something like this:

01:18:806 (1) - why did you change the rhythm from this place? Because this version : https://puu.sh/ySNey/e8abee061a.jpg better for u I made it like that for variety as the song feels like a kind of "progression"

  9. 02:26:806 (1) - As it's a pretty intense moment of the song and that would could be emphasizing the crescendo from 02:25:806 - to 02:26:806 - , the spacing of this circle can be increased a little more, you can also try to make it not overlapping with the previous slider. 14. Shouldn't 03:35:556 (2,3,4) - and 03:37:306 (2,3,4) - similar spacing-wise? Well, I only spaced them so low on the second one because a stack under the slider would be too cluttered.
  15. 03:40:806 (1) - This slider is going backward and the flow can be misleading. As the last reverse arrow is making the ball face to the left, the flow is broken as the next object is at the right. You should consider of simply reshaping the slider to be similar as 03:40:306 (6) - so it connects with the next slider.
You could be doing something like this: Most players don't follow the slider's movement at all here because of slider leniency, so it just plays like a longer hold which makes my flow more intuitive.

Thanks guys! Updated /o/

  2. 03:45:806 (3) - At this part of the song, iI know it gets pretty intense, but I don't think it's necessary to add this reverse arrow on this slider has it doesn't follow much. I'd recommend simply deleting it and expanding this slider by 1/2 it's the most intense measure so i want it to be full 1/2, and the background is pretty dense here so i think it fits well

  1. check pls AiMod : https://puu.sh/ySMOf/6105497811.png
00:26:806 (2) - make this slider straight form https://puu.sh/ySMHW/d7d4e6de2c.jpg looks better then was o.o i don't think it makes a difference
    01:00:806 (3,1) - make them look like here 00:20:806 (3,5) - why though? it's a different pattern
    01:44:806 (3) - lower it down a bit because this 01:44:306 (2) - ugly moves to (3) it's a straight movement
02:01:806 - from this place, make the volume 20-25% pls i'd like to keep consistency with the other diffs
    02:28:806 (6,7) - rly big overlap fixed
02:48:806 (3,4) - ^ intended for the strong melody sounds
    03:16:806 (1,1) - wht NCs? fixed
03:51:306 (5) - I hate when these sliders are doing, because it looks like straight (this refers to the same as this one) up to personal taste i guess

Updated! Thank you so much for the BG, Midnaait <3
Pachiru
The background is wonderful!

hey it's good ol v1 :D
considering the simplicity of the song this should be rather easy to get through

[muzukashii]
00:50:556 (14) - i'd rather this be deleted, there isn't much of any sound supporting it and considering it's still in the intro-ish of the song, i don't think improvising 1/2 notes is necessary just yet
01:45:806 (43,44,45,46) - i think this would sound better as k k d d k, especially since that last note is better suited as a kat in comparison to 01:46:306 (45) - . if you don't want the 5 note pattern, i'd then suggest using k k d k. much more satisfying than k k k d.
02:57:806 (22,23,24,25) - same as ^
03:05:806 (15,16,17) - i don't see why these should be finishers, perhaps leaving them as regular notes would be better
03:16:806 (41,42,43) - i see what those two notes are emphasizing, but the change in pitch can also be emphasized by 1/2 k k d. just a suggestion lol
03:34:806 (46,47,48) - ^

[oni]
nothing really for me to have to complain about, gjgj

i appreciate the selection of music a lot actually, feel free to call me back whenever as long as you get like 1 or 2 more mods on the taiko :D

03:16:806 (41,42,43) - i see what those two notes are emphasizing, but the change in pitch can also be emphasized by 1/2 k k d. just a suggestion lol mhm
03:34:806 (46,47,48) - ^ not changing here cause kiai

Hello, I'm making a pointless post in a QAT's mapset because I'm super edgy like that
Alwaysyukaz
I already check the Nwolf Taiko's mapsets and doesn't find anthing weird in that Love it~

So please take my Kudos as a Change and Hype! :D
Realazy
clever diff names

for both diffs: why not end the map at 03:58:806 - like the std diffs do? imo the song isn't fading quickly enough to end it so early, and it could be a nice touch to make it consistent with the std diffs

[Winter Nwolf's Muzukashii]

00:32:056 (33) - maybe d here? the flute's pitch goes lower on that note exactly then goes higher on the next one, so k d k would be pretty nice here imo, especially when you also have k d k d d in oni
01:12:806 (46) - could change this to d instead to have stronger emphasis on the next 2 notes since they are much stronger
01:30:806 (21) - what about K here? could fit nicely as transition to the next section where the drums show up in the song
03:30:806 (35,36,37) - i think k d d could be nice here since the first note on this pattern is much higher pitched than the other two
03:31:806 (38,39,40) - similarly this could be k k d since there's the same sound as 03:30:806 (35) - on 38, plus i'd say k d d k k d is more satisfying to play imo
03:50:806 (96,97,98,99,100) - why not k d k d k here? i feel like it'd follow the instruments' pitch more closely

[Winter Nwolf's Oni]

01:00:806 (45) - could have k here for the high pitched guitar? would also differentiate it from the next note which is only following percussion
01:45:806 (59,60,61,62,63) - vs 00:31:806 (38,39,40,41,42) - why such difference in color usage? if you wish to keep it that way, wouldn't it be better to have k k k d d at 30 seconds? since it's a much weaker part of the song, using a simpler pattern would be more fitting imo
02:01:743 (1) - i guess this snapping is technically correct but it would be much easier to play if it was on the white tick, considering no other diff on the set has this note on a yellow tick
02:07:806 (4,5) - i think ctrl+g follows the pitch more closely here, especially since 02:10:806 (6) - isn't strong enough to differentiate it from 5 imo

good luck!

00:32:056 (33) - maybe d here? the flute's pitch goes lower on that note exactly then goes higher on the next one, so k d k would be pretty nice here imo, especially when you also have k d k d d in oni Simplified here compared to later iterations of this melody
01:12:806 (46) - could change this to d instead to have stronger emphasis on the next 2 notes since they are much stronger changed
01:30:806 (21) - what about K here? could fit nicely as transition to the next section where the drums show up in the song agreed
03:30:806 (35,36,37) - i think k d d could be nice here since the first note on this pattern is much higher pitched than the other two
03:31:806 (38,39,40) - similarly this could be k k d since there's the same sound as 03:30:806 (35) - on 38, plus i'd say k d d k k d is more satisfying to play imo did both changes, but the other way around
03:50:806 (96,97,98,99,100) - why not k d k d k here? i feel like it'd follow the instruments' pitch more closely tru

[Winter Nwolf's Oni]

01:00:806 (45) - could have k here for the high pitched guitar? would also differentiate it from the next note which is only following percussion don't like it, other kats stand out more imo
01:45:806 (59,60,61,62,63) - vs 00:31:806 (38,39,40,41,42) - why such difference in color usage? if you wish to keep it that way, wouldn't it be better to have k k k d d at 30 seconds? since it's a much weaker part of the song, using a simpler pattern would be more fitting imo swapped them (kinda like muzu then)
02:01:743 (1) - i guess this snapping is technically correct but it would be much easier to play if it was on the white tick, considering no other diff on the set has this note on a yellow tick Don't think this is really tricky considering it's right after a break so it doesn't really feel like a non-1/1 note anyway
02:07:806 (4,5) - i think ctrl+g follows the pitch more closely here, especially since 02:10:806 (6) - isn't strong enough to differentiate it from 5 imo highlighting 6 by having 5 as don

good luck!
thanks~

_handholding
Normal and Advanced have the same difficulty settings :Ok_hand:

Normal
  1. 01:36:806 (3,4) - It's a bit weird to use 3/2 sliders here tbh. It feels rather forced because there aren't any sounds on the ends to them. Something else that's worth noting is that the advanced diff uses 1/1 sliders here. same with 02:48:806 (3,4) . If you choose to keep these as they are then it would be nice to have 01:36:806 (3,4) as the same slider shape like you did at 02:48:806 (3,4)
  2. 02:33:806 (4) - 2 circles would be nice here. Have 2 circles in between sliders would have greater emphasis on 02:34:806 (1) -
Advanced
  1. 01:10:806 (1) - intentional shape?
  2. 02:25:806 (1) - Deleting this object would be nice as it puts a lot more emphasis on 02:26:806 (1)
  3. 02:14:806 (1) - only straight edged slider in this section. Might be worth using a less edgier slider to blend in better with the structure of the rest of the section
  4. 03:43:556 (2) - maybe move it a bit down so it doesn't look so close to 03:42:306 (4) as it fades in?
Top
  1. 01:22:806 (1) - Blanket mod in 2018
  2. 02:13:806 (3,1) - aesthetically it would look nice if you increased the overlapped or just got rid of the overlap completely, imo. aesthetic mods in 2018 wew
  3. 02:14:806 (1,2) - why does this have different spacing to 02:16:806 (3,4) ?

  2. 02:33:806 (4) - 2 circles would be nice here. Have 2 circles in between sliders would have greater emphasis on 02:34:806 (1) - yeah good suggestion
Thanks :3

Normal and Advanced have the same difficulty settings :Ok_hand: we changed that now LOL

Advanced
  1. 01:10:806 (1) - intentional shape? yeah it's intentinal because the way the sound is played changes a slight bit at the time the wave kicks in
  2. 02:25:806 (1) - Deleting this object would be nice as it puts a lot more emphasis on 02:26:806 (1) I'll keep it because all the diffs have this but I made the spacing between the two objects higher to emphasize the next one better
  3. 02:14:806 (1) - only straight edged slider in this section. Might be worth using a less edgier slider to blend in better with the structure of the rest of the section made it a curve
  4. 03:43:556 (2) - maybe move it a bit down so it doesn't look so close to 03:42:306 (4) as it fades in? ok
Top
  1. 01:22:806 (1) - Blanket mod in 2018 Blanket fixed in 2018
  2. 02:13:806 (3,1) - aesthetically it would look nice if you increased the overlapped or just got rid of the overlap completely, imo. aesthetic mods in 2018 wew I doubt that overlap was even intentional, fixed
  3. 02:14:806 (1,2) - why does this have different spacing to 02:16:806 (3,4) ? Because 02:14:806 (1) - has a soft drum sound at its tail which leads into the stronger drums while 02:16:806 (3) - does not do that.
