i've looked everywhere i can think and can't figure out how to make a taiku batmap..... i am pretty new to the game. please help!

How do you create a taiku beatmap?

Taiku doesn't exist.
If you're talking about Taiko, it's simple: it works with hitsounds. Normal is red note, clap/whislte are blue notes, and Finish is big note. You just place notes randomly on the screen. What matters is hitsounds.
Don't forget to set the diff to taiko-specific.
