Problem Details:
I did what appears in the capture and i left a reply in the beatmap's thread (t/152516/start=90) , but I don't know if it will be enough

That's now how you report someone, no. You're not meant to post it anywhere on the forum for that matter.

Click the report button next do the score on the beatmap listing (here) to report it.
Otherwise use the in-game report command in any public channel or a pm to banchobot: !report username reason .
