is there any way for you to fix the broken soulja baka map for reaction? it kinda makes it impossible to contend for #1 reaction without that map specifically and its pretty broken considering the fact that its purely nomod aim on a lowish ar

Yea, loved break a ton of stuff. Thinking about disabling loved for now.

Stuff with HD fade in then fade out, stuff without HD just fade in, but both need to be hit within the same amount of time from when they first start to fade in, and both will start to fade in at the same time if their timings are the same. For HD, hitobjects have to fade in faster for the time to fade out and be hit to fit the same interval as non HD. Therefore, a hitobject with HD is faded in sooner than an hitobject without HD. That means the player is able to see the hitobject with HD sooner and react to it sooner.

I will be working on fixing the reaction skill in the next couple weeks and can make a post regarding how I will do it when the fix is out. The big question is whether kert will be ok with me talking about how the code works.

yo, some maps have bugged values, is this a case of the system loading them or something that got messed up.

Should be fixed I believe. It was a problem with displaying the values

Hey there! I have a question on how scores update? I had a score in accuracy (My top) with one 100, but now I have SSd it but it still has it as the one 100 score, is there anyway to update this score manually or is it possibly a bug?

Fixed too high reaction scores (like mayday)

Took quite a long time to recalculate the whole database of 31million player scores
poor server suffered so much

Fixed. It was a problem with displaying scores (missing metadata)

That's a complicated and very subjective skill. Prior to implementing it, we will first need to get the other skills right.

Maps like everything will freeze [time freeze] now have 8 stars (before the update it has 7)

no, osu!skills is a completely independent system from pp and star rating

I noticed that the system always takes the highest score play and not highest acc/pp play
like I have a 1x100 hr fc on a map and it should be in my top acc performances but it isnt displayed because I also have a HD SS on it
is there any way to add the score?

osu!Skills only supports one highest scored result

amazed you haven't got contributor badge out of this yet.

but one snag what offcourse can't be perfect is the memory scoring system. By any chance can you rework it into the possiblilty of getting higher score with speed + jumps/new combo jumps, and nerf duration and more of the slower new combo jump maps out there.

Buffing speed + jumps sounds like mixing agility into memory. We want to keep the skills sperate.

We can decrease the influence of duration, but by how much do you it should be decreased? Give examples of memory scores of longer maps and what you think they should be worth.

How do new combo jumps affect memory compared to non new combo jumps?

I mean don't get me wrong there is some memory in just say "marathon" maps, but with just flashlight, maps what contain the whole duration of slow speed jumps for 25 minutes is just basically sight readable.

Now I see what you mean.

I remember that I wanted to take account situations where there is enough time for the player to move around the cursor to find the next hitcircle/slider. I don't remember whether that is taken into account, but that would be next area of focus then.
