00:11:085 - 00:11:716 - this is quite crucial to read with the 1/4 and 1/6 mix, if you stick with 0.90x~1.00x (0.01x steps) this is way better to read and feels more natural than forcing 1.10x here.

[OxO's Oni]
Including Inner Oni here, both difficulties feels really really forced and unnatural to play. This is especially noticeable in the calmer parts of the song. While Smallwu's Oni does also have the same problem in this case compared to the other two difficulties it still feels somewhat comfortable to play. Except of the point above I haven't mentioned anything in both difficulties since I can't really see where they could be modded aside of removing notes. However, Smallwu's Oni seems to need some minor nerfs to be suitable as an easier Oni than OxO's difficulty.

[Oni]
Like said above, some parts require a nerf so you can justify to have OxO's Oni mapped harder than your Oni.
01:21:269 (31) - remove this note, dkkdk to have if you come from Muzukashii Difficulties feels a little heavy.
01:22:137 (39,40,41,42,43) - instead of kkkkd, try using kkk D.
01:24:427 (58) - similar reason than 01:21:269 (31) - .
01:27:663 (80) - Remove this note, make a small break before the long combo.
01:31:927 (111,112,113,114,115,116,117,118,119) - Again, this is too hard spread-wise. You could change this to kkddk d d (or generally make ooooo o o as pattern.)
01:35:163 (140,141,142) - You should include a break here instead. having such a high dense level in a small time (from 01:32:874 - 01:37:611 - ) isn't really the best idea for the spread so you need to slack it a bit off.

00:12:190 (4) - Why didn't you include a Finish note here? It would just makes sense since 00:11:716 (1,7) - do have them too.

In total I had a hard time to understand what exactly are you following when you mapped your difficulty. Sometimes it felt you mixed both, background music and vocals together and switched in-between which feels really weird. While I find the vocals are stronger for the most time you should concentrate on this and less on the bgm. As well, you use a lot of filler notes in your difficulty which makes it looks pretty random and less structured. You should use less notes to create a bigger impact. After all, if you decided to nerf your Oni Difficulty, OxO's Oni looks better to have because it will be noticeable harder than your Oni and the spread feels better then.

00:05:874 (12) - It sounds pretty weird, I am kinda unsure what exactly are you following but I'd recommend to move it to 00:06:032 - .
00:21:032 (37) - and 00:21:190 - Move (37) to 00:21:190 - and add on 00:21:032 - a d note. 00:21:190 - Sounds pretty important to have.
00:23:716 (9) - You mainly follow the vocals in the calm part of the song, that works well but this one purely follows the background which makes your rhythm kinda inconsistent. You should leave it to the vocals and focus on that, remove this note as first.

00:26:874 (19) - This is good to have since it follows a carrying sound and it would be really odd to keep this empty.

From the beginning to the first Kiai Part, I only follow the main piano sound (like futsuu but remove the 1/2 notes)
Your reason is reasonable, but the pattern is not applicable in Kantan imo

You should ask someone of them by yourself, Chromoxx for example!

Yes, I tried to sent in-forum pm to BNs after I understood that Taiko BNs wont check the maps of Taiko Pending Beatmaps, at least mine.
The first one was sent 11 months ago, and the newest one was sent before 17 days, it's exactly to Chromoxx.

Whoops, all of them are just have been read by them (or even no read lol)
I know they have heavy workload, but that still makes me feels despair

Anyway, very thanks for your reply, I'll keep trying if I still can.
Hope our maps will be bubble quickly
