Tried to fit as much of her, and what she's leaning on, as possible. The left and right edges, aren't actually part of the source image.

Since you said that I can, I just resized it to the default. c:
I actually painted the edges to extend the image horizontally, so that it would fit to what I want. I then used a particle and focus effect.
Text is... well... I don't know really. I'm never usually good with them. I'll let you decide whether they're okay or not. ;w;

I ended up with 'Welcome!'.
I had to paint in the cloud on the right edge, just so I could fit slightly more of the source image.
As for the effect, I applied none of the options shown from the front post. I tried out a high saturation and low contrast.

Here's your avatar! My first attempt looked like she was too distant, and lacking in contrast, so I tried again. I'll leave the first one though, just in case.

I looked for a larger resolution image. Found one, so I worked with that instead.
Extended the bg for this. I scoured the internet for paint splatters that matched the one in the image.
For animation, I added a rotating element. I kept it minimal so it wouldn't stand out as much. I was thinking of text fades before, but decided to not go with it. If that was what you wanted, then I can do that for you as well!
For the effects, I added my 'style' to it; High saturation with a reduced contrast.

Kept the number of edits to a minimum. Too much would've ruined the overall appearance.

Oh my god.
This was a really, really tough one to do. Trying to fit all of them in the aspect ratio was way too hard. My airbrush/paint skills weren't good enough to try and extend the BG either. ;w;
This brought me to my knees.. orz
I had to learn a whole new different technique, just to for it to at least look like a pass. :p
Kudos to you, sir/madam. You have defeated me! o7

Tried to keep the animation to a minimum, because I didn't want too much artifacts appearing. It's there, just really subtle. I can make it more noticeable, if you like.

I have one thing in mind tho, the bottom-left bit looks too...open? sparse? What about moving the text a little bit to the bottom, left?

I'm really sorry for the delay. I was in the midst of trying to sort of extend the bg, then I ruined it without saving so I had to start again. ;w;
I just did a basic text fade. I couldn't find any other types of animation that I could do that would fit with the image.

Dimension Witch

A glass border doesn't usually look well with transparent images, so I tried to construct a simple bg for it.
I still left a non-bg version though, just in case.

Volta

Just kinda did 'a1-style' with it. Also a slight vignette.
I was uncertain about text, and colour. I hope it's okay.

You have an image for the collab? ;p

I did math!
I had to, just so the border scales proportionally. I made one with just the desired effect, plus two extra edited versions.
