BeatmapID and Creator seems to be fine.
BeatmapSetID (also in the .osu file) needs to be set to -1

I tried to change, but it is not working. Automatically changes to 3.Deimos wrote:

It seems, problem in my computer, not in osu! After adding one diff, this error has changed to the "connection error". So, I'm going to repair my comp today and I'll check, if problem persists.

Be sure to close osu! when you are changing something on the .osu archive. Set the BeatmapSetID to -1 while osu! is closed, save the .osu archive and try to submit it again.
If you keep getting that error message, would you mind exporting the beatmap, uploading the beatmap to a server and posting it here? Thanks.

I changed it to -1, but problem still exists. Map: http://puu.sh/jUW97.osz
One of the difficulties had BeatmapSetID set to 3.
I tried changing it to my name for a moment to test if it works and I was able to submit it. I reverted it to your name again. It should be fine now. Delete the one that you have on your PC and import this one: http://trsk.s-ul.eu/t84XgjEg
