Hello~ M4M as requested in my queue~
Modding the first 3 mins, as you modded 2 of the difficulties of my TV size map.

  1. Unrankable issues
  2. My opinion which I highly recommend changing it
  3. Just small suggestions/nazi

[General]
  1. If you plan on making this a Extra-ish marathon, the approach rate should be 9.2-9.5 (for this song 9.4 ish is recommendable) to make the players have easier time reading the notes.
  2. Add 1700 to AudioLeadIn, you can do this by going into files > open .osu in notepad.
  3. Right now, the difficulty spread isn't the recommendable one. You've mapped 4:50 mins, but actually the min. amount of mins for approval is 5 mins. This may cause a unrank. Even the spinner at 04:30:890 (1) - is way too long, this strains players' arms. Try to reduce the spinner's length a lot, and you should make a full spread, consisting of Easy > Extra.
  4. Remove 東方Project Alice Maestra Flow My Tears the Said Demetori Lotus, since it is included in the title, source, and etc. already, and remove Bullet Hell, since you are not going to find another bullet hell game in a rhythm game. Remove Japanese since it is going to be included in the beatmap information page after being ranked, and remove Sand Story, because I don't see any relevance with the song itself.

  1. Here are general comments, the problems are almost repeating throughout the map.
  2. 00:00:332 (1) - Having so much repeats gets boring really quick. Use more varieties of sliders, or just place a spinner.
  3. 00:10:863 (2,4) - Honestly, these kind of circles should be stacked. Right now it isn't perfectly stacked.
  4. 00:10:544 (1,3,5) - They are having the same pitch, but their distances are all different. This doesn't play out well, as you should make jumps according to the strength of the song. Make them all 1.7x, that will feel much better to play it out.
  5. 00:30:810 (1) - Really? SV of 0.1x? Actually you don't even need to use a long slider for the electric guitar, you are skipping those important drums that you were following. Such as 00:32:725 - 00:32:805 - 00:32:885 - you are missing out triplet, which is totally a good idea for a Extra.
  6. 00:34:800 (1,3) - [b]Overlap like this isn't good even for Extras. (3) should be completely stacked under (1), this will increase the readability of the note.
  7. 00:43:177 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - The stream's shape doesn't look good. The stream's curve can be more natural if you used a slider, then use the option "Convert slider to stream" under compose menu. Or you can try this :


    And add a NC at 01:03:204 (5) - , since you are changing the distance of the stream.
  8. 00:46:209 (10) - Remove this note. There is no instrument/beat here that justifies the double.
  9. 00:51:555 (3,4) - Avoid even the slightest of overlaps even in Extras.
  10. 00:53:151 (3) - SV changes should be notified to the players by placing NCs.
  11. 01:04:161 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This pattern plays out really weird, because there is no definite shape to this whole pattern. I mean, I can see that every combo progresses in a different direction, but some sliders like 01:05:757 (2) - this breaks the momentum.
  12. 01:09:268 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - If you want to make this pattern, make these notes go in a straight line. Right now, around at the middle, it trails off to the left.
  13. 01:13:895 (2,1) - But you did a great job in this pattern :D
  14. 01:15:491 (6) - This slider and the note onwards until 01:16:608 - , doesn't need a reduce of SV, since the music doesn't suggest anything on that. I know the song is bit softer here, but that is not a good idea. You can actually map this part with more jumps instead of SV changes.
  15. 01:26:661 (5,6,1) - This looks bit messy, not sure if players can read this... Instead try to make this a stream.
  16. 01:39:587 (4) - I don't recommend you to use this kind of unclear sliders, I heard from a BN that there was a disqualification due to that.
  17. 01:43:576 (2,3,1) - If you really want to make the stream start here, stack these notes on top of each other, which will emphasize the drum roll a lot more better.
  18. 02:00:012 (5,6,7) - Something like above, but this does look really messy in play mode. Either make (6) and (7) go under (5) completely, or do this :

  19. 02:00:491 (1,2,3) - This kind of patterns can significantly improve if you make the 2 sliders, (1) and (3), parallel to each other.
  20. 02:23:470 (2) - Don't make the tornado pattern stop here, this should be following the pattern that you were following for all previous notes.
  21. Well I can't say much about Extras, but just keep in mind that normal (small jumps which emphasizes small things) spacings should follow the flow, and try to avoid tiny overlaps which may bring the map's quality down.
  22. 04:30:890 (1) - Just saying because it is just one spinner, but this spinner is way too long. This is possibly (most likely) is a unrankable issue. Instead, this spinner can end 04:42:619 - here, where the instrument (not electric guitar) makes the final strong sound.
That is all from me. You will need to do some work on this map for it to be ranked.

01:19:720 (2) (3) (4) - Feels REALLY jumpy, id remove (2) and (3) then remap
01:34:321 (4) (5) (6) - Occur rather fast, id remap, or move them closer to one another
02:20:757 ~ 02:24:427 - Again, amount of combos can be a little disorienting
02:31:209 (2) (3) (4) - Like 01:19:720, the jump to (4) is really quick and sudden
02:34:002 (4) (5) (6) (7) - Noticeably rough flow
02:56:183 (7) (8) (1) - Jump from eachother feels really sudden and awkward
04:08:310 (1) - Lots of new combos, may be disorienting
04:30:890 (1) - That is one LONG spinner! I'd end it at 04:36:076

The 'other' map you are talking about right now is a pretty old ranked map (ranked at 2012), which at that time, the ranking criteria is significantly different then what it is now. You may want to check with some other BNs and QATs, not sure about the long spinner :/
