Problem Details:
Exactly what the title say's and because I map a fair amount this is a pretty big inconvenience.

Open the map in editor
Go to song setup
Just changethe creator to your new name
Save (Overwrite the data) and it's fine (Do with all diffs)

There's 2 different issues here.

Bring me the Horizon - Drown - You can't submit this one due to the creator being your old name. Do what Baraatje123 said.
Phinehas - Dead Choir - This one has a messed up ID. See this thread on how to fix it.
