*mp3 sounds a bit strange (quality-wise). Starts out sounding great (perhaps 320kbps quality), but then for the rest of the song it's low and questionable. Can you try to find a higher bitrate (max of 256kbps) mp3 for this map?
*Are all of the tags really necessary? o-o;
*The ending spots for kiai could be more consistent throughout the difficulties. Right now they end at different spots or in the middle of spinners. =s
*180 offset sounds better, but if you find a new mp3 it won't matter. :c

*Difficulty settings are a bit low. I suggest raising drain, overall difficulty, and approach rate one tick each.

[Hard]
00:23:088 (6,7,8,1) - (nazi) could you move 6,7,8 up and to the left a grid so that 8 doesn't overlap 1? Actually, do the same for 00:21:846 (1,2) too (since I thought they were a stream).
00:32:463 (1) - Fine as opposed to Normal's.
00:40:171 (1) - A bit short (even for hard).

New mp3 offset: 205 (remember to resnap and all that)

Also, the video offset is a bit early. Try using 100 for each of the difficulties. (You can either adjust it roughly in the design tab or by manually editing the .osu files in notepad)

Overall the diff play weirdly because every new combo has different rhythms, it makes the diff inconsistent.

00:02:496 (5) - This one might be too confusing for new players because of the number of repeats
00:17:288 (3) - This slow down doesn't really make sense, you should place a spinner here instead
00:57:913 (1,2) - Too confusing: the first slider has 3 repeats and the second one starts right after and is stacked, I suggest you don't use all 1/2s here
01:00:621 (3) - Same as 00:17:288 (3) -

Hard
This diff makes bad use of hitsounds. :/

00:48:538 (5,6) - Make them symmetrical ? (see me ingame if you need help for it)
01:00:621 (4) - Same comment as for Normal, except that one makes a nice pattern with the other slider, so you shouldn't change it

00:06:038 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - This stream makes no sense according to the music. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/33155 this play a lot better and makes a lot more sense
00:10:204 (2,3) - Nothing justifies a jump here, make at least (2) and (3) symmetrical (remember to re-space (4) if you fix it)
00:16:038 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Ok this stream makes sense but it doesn't play well, consider changing it ?
00:17:288 (2) - Same comment as for Normal and Hard
00:21:559 (9) - I don't understand this note :/ the pattern would play a lot better if it wasn't there, it makes things confusing
00:23:330 (5,6,7) - This hardly makes sense too... it would make more sense 1/2 later
00:24:580 (2,3,4,5) - These don't make sense either :/
00:28:538 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This doesn't make sense according to the music at all
00:37:913 (2,3,4) - These jumps feels too sudden but it plays fine
00:47:913 (2,3,4) - these jumps make the spacing of (5) confusing
00:49:788 (1,2,3) - sudden, and the spacing of (1) becomes confusing

Also it's overmapped. None of the streams make sense, the ones that could have made sense being wasted by unneeded notes that were added for the sake of having streams.

I'll keep that in mind if someone else complains.

Overmapped Underhitsounded. Yeah, nothing is wrong with how you mapped it, but I find your usage of hitsounds to be particularly bland. Might want to use more than just the clap at the chorus, yeah.
00:40:204 (8) - This is an abomination of a slider. Try again without 21 red anchor points arranged in a misshapen zig-zag.
00:56:871 (7,1) - Increase spacing, that's confusing. It would help if the slowdowns were at around 75% as well.
01:26:246 (10) - New combo for great justice.

00:13:121 (1,2,3) - Center these for bonus Jarby points.
00:16:246 (1,2) - This is not how we effectively use spacing. Distance snap, go.
00:52:496 (6,7) - These are not delicious. Please consult RandomJibberish's guide for delicious guidance.

Insane:

This difficulty is basically just a harder version of Hard, right? It's also far worse because of the poorly applied spacing changes and jumps. I don't think it's a good diea to keep this dead weight on your map.
