96.03% and 23 misses. This will needs some more mods from more experienced 4k mappers/modders and this will be good to go. Although a mini complaint is that SV is not noticeable Kinda fixed I think.

01:33:445 Need your say on this. remove the note here to change the chord in the next snap to some other combination. Removed the note in question and re-arranged the chords here.

General Concerns:
- No diff under 2 stars. As far as I'm aware, this is still a rule.
- The gap between Insane and Covert might be too large and therefore require another, ~4.6 star diff to even out the spread.
- The tags in the Hard diff need updating as well as the preview point in covert or normal/hard/insane (check AiMod).

I'm not going to say get rid of the triples, other people might, but maybe go through and layer them a bit better like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3724373 or even have them 4 at a time, just to make it a lot more readable and quite a bit more playable.
General advice for this would be check the layering throughout, at some points you have 2 notes equaling a drum beat and then having it equal to 4 later on in a section that doesn't make sense, one of the biggest examples being 01:21:961 (81961|1,81961|0,81961|2,81961|3) - where there's no need to have that as 4 LNs. There is some leniency in how many notes you can have for an instrument, definitely if the music is intense or you're layering more than one instrument at a time, but make sure it actually fits. If a drum beat is worth 4, that's normally a really strong drum at the start/end of a section.

I took into account parts of your suggestion and I made it a bit more similar to a simple stair. I want to keep the recurring pattern that goes backwards as the music kinda suggests such a thing. - Unbalanced difficulty curves, the hardest diff is not using any sv but ENHI diffs used some 1.5 and 0.5 sv in 00:23:016 - or maybe you forgot to add the sv there? lol (references: t/204738/start=90 | t/233477/start=120). oh about that sv too, it's kinda unexpected. suggesting to add ease effect on that
- 00:08:016 - I know this timing point is for controling the sample volume, but make it from 30% to 40% isn't make a significant effect to sample sound. suggesting to remove this point or change the value from 20% to 50%
- That bg is creepy as fuck

  2. Tags: Add "jubeat saucer fulfill" since it's the first music game apperance. Also add "Tenkaichi otogesai Zenkoku issei nintei taikai" since the song is a part of this event, also include it's kanji "天下一音ゲ祭 全国一斉認定大会"
  3. Design: Uncheck Widescreen Support on diffs "Normal" "Hard" and "Insane" unless the will be a video provided.
  4. HP Drain (HP): Insane must be 8 not 7, Insane maps and the like always have and HP Drain of 8.
  5. Overall Difficulty (OD): Insame must be 8 not 7, same reason as above.

  1. 00:15:516 Add to 2 here, the note density of this must be triple-noted.
  2. 00:28:055 (28055|3,28055|0,28172|1,28172|2) - Reverse Selection (Ctrl+G) notice the other patterns 00:20:320 and 00:25:945 the mini staircase part has two notes on one hand and the other has only one so you consider avoiding to put double notes on the hand that is complete.
  3. 00:30:164 (30164|1) - Move to 3, the pitch here is alternating in one hand like 00:29:578 (29578|0,29695|1,29812|0,29930|1) and it' can be done to another. One more reason is that the note density will be balanced.
  4. 00:36:492 (36492|1) - Move to 4, it is much easier to hit in this column.
  5. 00:55:828 Add to 1, same as the other triple-note chords have the same beat dynamics.
  6. 00:58:875 (58875|3) - Delete, unlike the other notes, this beat has a different dynamic (softer than other notes).
  7. 01:14:344 (74344|0,74402|1,74461|2,74519|3) - Repattern these to LN's, this pattern is irregular to the synth-voice and it is only compatible to double note LN. Refer to this example.
  8. 01:25:594 (85594|1,85711|0) - Move to 1 and 4 respectively, columns 2 and 3 are too dense than the pitch tune.
  9. 01:25:828 (85828|1) - This LN end should be 01:26:062 and the pitch is very clear to this.
  10. 01:53:367 (113367|3,113484|0) - Switch Columns, since the pattern is a continous minijack not double note alternations.
  11. 01:58:172 - 01:58:445 Change it to Double note LN's. Refer to this example.


Insane
  1. 00:03:797 (3797|0) - Move to 2, the preceding pattern has the same beat and minijack is the best option.
  2. 00:04:266 (4266|2) - Delete, triple-note chord is too dense in this beat.
  3. 00:13:933 (13933|1,14051|1,14168|1,14285|1) - Four notes in same column with 1/2 timing in a staircase are too hard to hit for Insane players. Maybe change into this pattern, atleast only three notes in the same column.
