00:12:637 (1,1) - So here you extend the sliders to the blue tick in order to emphasise the increasing violin pitch, it would make sense to include 00:12:262 (4) - this note as it too has a high violin note. With that, an NC fits well here too.
00:28:574 (3,5) - These two circles are placed where the piano is weak and where there are no vocal sounds. It creates a very dense progression of notes, and considering this is a calmer section, it doesn't really make sense. I would remove these two notes in order to reduce the note density and keep it calm.
00:31:012 (1,2) - Here, 2 is placed on a part with virtually no sound. The only sound I can justify for it is that she ends the word "as" on this red line. In that case, why not just extend the slider 1 to fit the entire held vocal? https://puu.sh/s2Gaj/2f17857049.png

Easy:
02:04:012 (1,2,3,4) - I curved 2 and 3 so that both of them overlapped the straight slider before and after it respectively

The creator hasn't updated the set yet so I used your code on the post above.
00:34:012 (1,2,3,4,5) - This part feels somewhat denser than the others so could be nerfed a bit considering the song is still calm, either of these suggestions could work:
1. Remove 00:36:637 (5) since vocals didn't land here unlike 00:34:012 (1,2,3,4) .
2. Replace 00:34:012 (1,2) with a 2/1 slider if you're following the instrument since the sound on 00:34:387 isn't that audible compared to 00:35:137 (3,4,5) .
01:09:262 (3) - Actually you can end this slider here 01:09:824 so you can start another one on 01:10:012 like what you did with 00:13:762 (4,1) - 01:21:449 (3,1) - etc.
01:49:762 - Normal sampleset would fit better than the drum-finish here imo.

02:02:324 (3,5,7) - Yeah I can see what you're trying with this but the way you placed circles could be more structured, in this case I was expecting either 02:02:324 (3) to be stacked on 02:02:887 (5,7) or 02:03:449 (7) to be placed under 02:02:887 (5) so you got something similar to this. (well in the pic 7 is off-screen but you get the general idea)
02:07:574 (2,3) - You can Ctrl+G the rhythm here if you're following vocal, 02:08:324 can be mapped too if you apply this.
02:05:137 - Drum sampleset.

Did all changes except the first one since I want to understand why it should be "forbidden" or I don't know. I mean, I don't get why I don't have to put a movement break right there, and it doesn't feel inconsistant since this concept is repeated for the whole part.

00:22:762 - you could still have one circle here, since the sound is pretty strong and the spinner isn't too short for it
