Problem Details:
My global rankings no longer update no matter what I do.

Well, you had a problem submiting the score. If you got an error message at the bottom of the screen saying that osu! will try to submit the score, wait. If not, your score is lost.

It never said re-attempting to submit score, what should I do if my score is lost forever?

that was my top play (or would've been, according to tillerino)

EDIT: this is exactly what it says
it keeps saying "retrieving online ranking statistics" forever

Alright, it looks like the problem has fixed itself; the only issue is that there are two missing ranks now. :/

EDIT: This may sound stupid but I think scores don't upload when you have cheat engine running in the background.
