This diff is really good, there's basically no gameplay problems most of these are for fun suggestions
Maybe try OD = 7.5 or more, the rhythm is pretty straightforward plus the Hard is OD 6.2 already so
00:16:960 (1,2) - try to make the spacing here smaller. It would be smoother to transition from the single taps to pause to stream. Maybe you can move 1 to x364 y68 (in the middle of the slider) or just move 2 more to the right
00:23:136 (2,3,4) - maybe try ctrl +g on this section? I think it would flow be a more fun pattern
00:25:254 (6) - maybe move this somewhere like x288 y224? pretty and i think jump plays nice here too
00:27:901 (9) - maybe move this to x376 y356? its too close to 8 right now. maybe after applying this change you can move all of 6,7,8,9 up a few too
00:28:254 (1,2,3) - I think you want this to be same spacing apart? move 2 to the left

00:39:548 (1) - do you want to move this further away from 00:39:195 (9) - ? I think a jump after this yellow combo would be nice. see 00:27:901 (9,1) - before the jump plays well
00:41:666 (5,6) - this is a little weird, did want 6 to align perfectly with 5? compare to earlier at 00:32:489 (1,2) - for example
00:45:195 - this part is just great, the groove fits the music so well!
01:06:901 - i really think there needs to be a note here. I can't understand why it ends on the blue when there is sound on the red

01:13:960 (3,4,5,6,7) - hmmm. this pattern looks very cool but to many players it will end up being just a big loop motion instead of jumpy, and you can't really feel the increasing spacing lol. I suggest try to find a different pattern with bigger angles between the jumps
01:21:901 (1) - maybe move this to x392 y228 (and move 6 and 2 along with it!)

00:26:842 (1) - delete this note. I'm going according to the style you used on the rest of this diff such as 00:37:960 (4,1) - 01:11:842 (4,1) - though honestly I think it sounds better with the note here and you should add a note to all the other ones that don't have it
00:31:695 (2,3) - I don't know, I don't recommend using doubles on Hard difficutly. If you do want to keep it then at least give more space between the previous slider by changing the shape of slider 3 so people won't think its 1/2 timing. You can try to make it a triple, that is actually much easier to read and play for most people. Though imo this part sounds fine if you just make the note 1/2 time too
00:55:077 (1) - is this supposed to be symmetrical? please check. or maybe you can try a shape like this

It seems like the notes are very dense throughout this map in general. Maybe try to simplify the rhythm a bit since this is Normal, then increase the DS between the notes when there is less. I understand this will probably be a lot of work but right now its just too much for normal. The red lines are almost constantly being used and there is barely any rest time. The star difficulty might be low but that's because the spacing is small, I still think the rhythm is too advanced to play like a normal.
00:11:313 - I think you should start mapping here, to make the same drain time throughout all the difficulties
