Happy independence day!

On another note, I saw this image a long time ago. I don't mean to offend anybody with it, but it seems kind of scary.

Fucking elementary school students, they think they're cool and patriots if they hate Japan
Wojjan
Well they're better off hating it than liking it.
Better company on the former team.

I don't understand why they would use Japanese intellectual properties to say that they hate Japan. The irony alone is enough to make you cringe.

spot on.

well, koreans around my age (17~21) now think "meh, it's all a thing of the past, why is there any reason for this hatred."

i mean, you look at the japanese people here and they are all so nice. what's been done is done, we got our apologies, so no need to bitch about it for a century. i'm not saying we should forget all about it, but crying about it now seems a bit immature.
Bikko
a politically sensitive issue.

honestly, I don't like who care about that issue too much. leave well enough alone.

Anyway, happy Independence Day.
Lemon Water_old
whoops forgot to say Happy Independence Day in Korea! :)

I don't think post such a topic in a international game forum is sensible, since the topic is still a sensitive political and historical one between eastern Asian people.
btw,it's quite difference between England 's occupation and japan's occupation in Eastern Asia, that's definitely two things.
today is also the victory day of China's anti-japan's aggression war :) :)
hmm,of course,we believe most of japanese normal people are friendly,we just criticize militarism government and militarist :)

Boring.

Yesterday though was the Golden Ratio day.
13:58:39 was the moment that divided the year in two parts according to the Golden Ratio.

Now that's cool.

Maybe, that seems right...
Auu...

Should I celebrate this day on this international game forum :3...?
The_Priest_In_Yellow
It would probably be more agreeable to celebrate international and humanitarian things, like Carl Sagan Day or Earth Day. Something that unites the world instead of highlights nationalities, gender or ethnicity.

Or of course, not celebrating and just checking up on where the Voyager probe is.

Happy Independence Day Korea

Happy Hanukkah!

Winrea, Fuck Yeah.

I don't know why I wrote that. Beside that, I fully understand you, Poland was under occupation VERY FUCKING LONG too.

History's screwed up after all.
