Not about A Problem someone just stole my account an i want to change my password I can't log in in my account can I change my password in another way ?

It's kinda suspicious you were able to post here despite the password being changed.

First option: Use this recovery.
If that doesn't work, contact accounts@ppy.sh and kindly explain your problem in detail.
