No.
Playing NFHR might help a bit but the most important thing is to actually care about your accuracy and improving your scores with bad accuracy.
Start by checking your top plays for plays with less then 97% and try to bring them to 97% or higher.

With HR you will improve faster because you will be more focused because of OD10. Its like that for me at least.

anyway you need to improve on accuracy, especially on triples and streams because you're constantly hitting 100s on those.

HR is impractical for improving anything other than your HR playing abilities. AR10 OD10 is an entirely different world to AR9 OD8/7
