It's some kind of gear wheel-stuff because of the robot topic 
The title clearly says "I am not a robot", so why would you use a "robotic" theme? As that doesn't make sense, this map will never be qualified... (?)
Okay, real thing. Checking in the following hours, can you provide metadata until then? I really would like to see if all the initials should be capitalized.
EDIT: After researching for a lot of time (2 tough minutes, I am exhausted) I found that the correct title should be "I Am Not a Robot"; meaning that A should not be in cappital letters.

- 00:16:515 (2) and 00:24:515 (2) - The vocals at the tails of these two are at least as important as their heads, so I'd change the objects there a bit. They feel especially left out since the following notes are (almost) exactly in the extended line of the sliderpaths I didn't want to start right with a circle stack as the first objects as it would a) be much harder to hit and b) feel a bit empty. The second one is there for consistency.
- 01:06:265 to 01:38:265 - It feels really awkward to hitsound the drum-finishes and normal-hitnormals when you leave them out so often, especially parts like 01:07:015 (3) where only the first of that pair of finishes is mapped, and on top of that you sometimes put the whistles on the beats where finishes would be. Just my opinion, but I would either don't put those hitsounds there at all or map most of them (although then there would be almost no contrast to the next section I guess), this just feels very random Well they are still in the music and to me it would feel totally empty without them but I also don't want to cluster the whole timeline for such a difficulty thus there was the struggle to either map them or not and I decided for doing so.
- 02:31:015 (6,1) - I feel like there's too much of the background-rhythm left out, maybe just add a circle in-between Same as in Average
- 02:39:015 (6,7,1) - since there's a vocal change of putch left out at 02:39:765 and 02:40:015 (7) really deserves to be held too I'd suggest something like this I consider changing this if more people mention it.
- 00:24:515 (2,3,4) - imo the sliderends are too much, just putting three circles there fits better, gives the same feeling as 00:22:265 (1,2,3) - the piano is being left out a lot anyways, so it doesn't matter here The slidertails are following the piano and the slight hold of their vocals :/
- 00:26:015 (1) - maybe let this slider end at 00:26:515 and place another circle afterwards, or at least do some slider-shape with a red control point at 00:26:515 ?
- 00:28:765 (2) - the 'V' of 'love' is pretty audible at the red tic but I guess you don't wanna destroy that pattern / change the first two sliders to 1/2? : \ It's actually lovED
- 02:24:265 (1) - The beat of that slidertail has previously always been left out, so I'd do it here too for consistency, feels better anyways imo Uhm the section is getting more intense though and a 1/1 gap would feel really empty like REALLY empty imo. Might consider it though.

- 01:09:265 (3,4) and 01:11:266 (4,5) - On the tail of the second slider is a vocal whereas there is none on the tail of the first slider, but since they're both mapped the same it loses its relevance - I'd replace one of them with one/two circles that's really picky. not sure about this, but two sliders work just fine for me especially since i am using circles for more distinct vocals (the main focus is on sliders in this map due to it being a Hard diff)
- 02:28:265 (1,2,3,4,5) - Since there are no lyrics here to emphasize, I would emphasize the two finishes more, feels kinda boring otherwise. Actually there are a lot of places where it's like that in the Kiai, it doesn't really feel like you're really playing that rhythm, but it's hitsounded so it should be important, right I am following the echo of the vocal here. I think it works very well as it is what makes this kiai different from the others.

Consider making the heart appearing a hitsoundtrigger. So it only appears when the object is pressed. That way, when you miss on the end, you also don't get the heart

Didn't fix the wiggle, because the vocal are much more clean there than when I used wiggles. Fixed all the silenced sliderends, the rest is not my parts :3 Thanks!

Consider making the heart appearing a hitsoundtrigger. So it only appears when the object is pressed. That way, when you miss on the end, you also don't get the heart
Edit: Ermm, what is the point in white.jpg if you use it for the color in the BG. Why does it display five nights at freddy's?
The SB stuff is up to Bakari but Desp and I never do SB names if we both collab.

Why would I make players miss the heart just because they didn't perform well in the map? the SB is meant to go like that through the song, it doesn't have to be based on players' performance. [General]
- Both iTunes and Marina's official shop call the song I Am Not a Robot rather than I Am Not A Robot, so change would be sensible to keep it consistent. About And/and - both should be correct as she apparently used both.
- There could be some tags related to the music. She's arguably Pop singer, so that could be set in Genre, but The Family Jewels is highly indie piece, so "indie" could be added. Also "the" is useless in tags, search will take "the" from artist, so it's just duplicated.
- Tough and Twin Robotic diffs should probably have Widescreen Support enabled to give full experience of the storyboard just as Average. Background is 16:9, so why limit it to 4:3 on two diffs.
- I won't force anything, but the transparent.png in my opinion could have better resolution because it could be too pixelated on high screen resolutions (and everyone likes smooth stuff). I managed to reduce file size of other images (e.g. white doesn't need full color range etc.) and to make new version of the transparent.png. Additionaly, I made some little optimizations in .osb, like fixing oversized elements that were only increasing SB load (not by that much, but by about 0.8 or so, minor). - 01:38:277 - The point seems to make no sense.
- 00:27:277 - It seems like you missed a whistle and added it on 00:27:777 (5) - instead.
- The combos are too long (like most of them are twice as long as the harderst difficulty - both by time and by count), I think you should modify it a little so the easier difficulty doesn't give less HP than the harderst one.
- 00:00:277 - I don't think the point is needed here. You don't even map the part.
- 00:28:277 (1,2,3) - This sounds very weird to me. Maybe the volume of slider ends is too loud because they don't end on any sound. I recommend to remake it completely to regular rhythm or lowering the volume on the ends.
- 01:27:652 (5) - I sort of understand those 3/4 sliders, like, they don't make that much sense, but at least the voice is prolonged, so you might say it goes with the vocal, but this clickable object doesn't follow anything, but requires you to click. I recommend to remove this note.

So what to do with the title? Anyways, I have applied everything but muting the slidertails as they are a) already down to 5% and b) they emphasize the -ed of "loved". Waiting for Desp to apply something in his part now.

Bc right now it flows rather uncomfortable / gives the head a lot of emphasis, but when you rotate it's also blanketing (3) nicely and you then have to drop out of the slider's flow to get to (5) which represents the 'new line' good imo
- 01:26:277 (1,2,3) - to me this looks kinda weird, why not make (1,3) line up?
- 01:46:027 (4,1) - This is the most emphasized jump in the whole map, since it's the biggest one together with 00:54:027 (5,1) but on top of that there's the sharp turn of direction on the head of (1) which makes it play really harsh, and that together seems bit too much relative to the rest of the map imo (maybe just deleting (4) would work?)
- 02:40:027 (5) - NC?
- 03:00:277 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - somewhere in this combo there should be a NC too, kinda stupid since 03:02:027 (4) is offbeat but maybe put it at 03:02:777 (6) - ?
