[Hard]
Keep in mind that I'll be modding without hitsounds. See the hitsounds section after the patterning

First, I'd like to point out that HP, AR and OD are a bit messy: seeing that this is a slow song, you should reduce a bit the HP to let player recover from misses; The AR could be increased by 0.5 since it feels kinda slow now compared to the SV; the OD is way too high for a Hard, better using 6 or 5.5
  1. 00:00:351 (1,2,3) -You could do better blankets here...
  2. 00:04:368 (10) - What about removing this note? (There isn't any sound you can follow easily too) Doing so will put more emphasis on 00:03:866 (9) -
  3. 00:07:130 (6,8) - Just an aesthetics suggestion, but it would be nice to make them the same shape for consistency (as it is now there is no real meaning for 8 to have that shape if you do not use it for a new pattern or something)
  4. 00:08:134 (8,1) - I'd convert 1 into a repeat for 8. I say this because 1 should have a lot more pressure than 8 as you can hear from the music. You could even put a 1/2 slider after 8, like this
  5. 00:09:891 (3,6,7,8) - I was trying to understand why this part felt so awkward and then I noticed that all of them start on red ticks. It isn't wrong to do so, sometimes you can even make cool patterns, but when the music is so simple (just vocals and piano here) you should try to avoid them, because you put emphasis on the wrong note of the music. As a general reference, try listening to 00:10:644 (5) - and try putting a 1/2 slider there
    General note on sliders: sliders have 2 different kind of notes in them. The start will be always be much stronger than the end, that's why it feels strange when you put a slider start on a note not so accentuated
  6. 00:24:703 (1) - I got what this spinner is trying to follow, but the voices start speaking from 00:25:079 - so you should make it start from there
  7. 00:37:255 (3,6) - I have a couple of suggestions here, based on flow reasons. 00:37:255 (3) - You should do a Ctrl + J and put it again where it was, like this. 00:38:259 (6) - It will feel better if rotated a bit counter-clockwise and moved up a bit, like this. Those are just my concept of flow, obviously, so don't bother too much with them if you don't like it
  8. 00:44:787 (1,2) - This blanket could be improved (minor problem)
  9. 00:48:803 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This part feels a bit strange. Imo it is because of the slow Slider Velocity + the big jumps after the sliders. What about using 1/1 sliders to follow the vocals here? Like this maybe...
  10. 00:55:331 (7,8) - This passage feels really "forced". The spacing is correct tho, but it has a poor flow: you should't totally break your flow by inverting completely your direction of movement. You should instead follow it here.

    You should follow the yellow line, not the red one.
    With this said, I have a pattern for this case:
  11. 01:03:113 (8) - Once again, slider starting on red tick which feels strange. See if you can change something on your own here, since I would be mapping your own map otherwise xD (9 and 10 are fine, since there is a loud sound as a reference you're following)
  12. 01:10:644 (7) - The SV change is really drastic here so you should put a NC to let players understand this (or at least be prepared for "some sort" of change)
  13. 01:10:644 (7,1) - This spacing is a bit too much. Since there is a slow SV it is hard to think that you will need to run a lot faster after it finishes. You should also use that pseudo-blanket like this (You can always put 2 under 1's tail)
  14. 01:18:678 - There is a note missing here (vocals and also synth sound)
  15. 01:22:695 - There is another note missing here. You should just add a repeat on 01:22:192 (4) - imo
  16. 01:23:950 (7,8) - It's a bit ugly to not see a blanket here. It looks like you tried to blanket it somehow to me too
  17. 01:24:703 (1) - First, I think it isn't really necessary here, since you were following a louder sound before it. Second, if you want to keep it I suggest to rotate it a bit, to re-create a similar flowing we used before for this ind of sliders, like this
  18. 01:36:251 (7,8) - Wow, this is a bit constrained. Try moving 7 a bit more above 8, more or less at 296:168 maybe...
  19. 01:37:004 (1,2,3) - I see what you were trying to do, but the actual triplet is starting from 01:36:753 - so you should remove 01:37:130 (2) - and add a note at 01:36:879 -
  20. 01:39:264 (8,9,10) - This part has a good flow but 10 stands out too much, since it has a different shape from the others and is also more cramped to the pattern's center. The orientation should be something like this, but it should be more polished
  21. 01:45:038 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Same as for 00:48:803 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -
General thoughts: There is an average flow and the patterns have the correct intuition but most of them are a bit too random. What I mean is that it happens often that your sliders have shapes without thinking at the map as a whole. For example patterns like 00:39:013 (7,8,9,1) - or 00:52:820 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - or 00:59:347 (9,10,11,12,1) - and so on... look like they were made "on the go" without trying to give more reasoning to them. But there are also patterns which have a more solid and more reasoned placement, like 00:34:996 (6,7,8,9) - or 00:44:787 (1,2,3,4) - which you should take as a reference to improve your other patterns. Since this is a Hard you should try to focus more on the flow, since you can't do much with the spacing (which is a bit strict yet) and try to create patterns with deeper thought behind them, like following a shape or using a pattern more times where the music is the same and so on...

[Normal]
What about adding a 0.5 or even a 1 to your AR?
  1. 00:24:703 (1) - Same as for the Hard diff
  2. 00:32:736 (2,3) - This blanket can be improved. You could also place 00:34:745 (4) - under 2's tail
  3. 01:20:435 (1) - I bet that you had an anchor point (red one) instead of the white one, right? You should reshape this, since it looks too edgy
  4. 01:26:460 (4,5) - This is really confusing for beginners. Try to avoid overlapping things on lower diffs
  5. 01:45:038 (4,1) - The NC should be moved on 4, as you did for 00:48:803 (1,2,3) -
Basically we have the same problem as for the Hard: try to give more reasoning to your patterns and pay attention to the flow

[Hitsounding]
For comfort I'll use the Hard diff to place hitsounds (I removed all of yours btw). Use them on the Normal diff too since I won't repeat the same things twice :P
Note: I'll be adding hitsounds in chunks, so you'll see a lot of whistles then a lot of claps and so on...

As a notice: in the kiai I used alternatively every 1/1 a soft whistle and a normal clap: 1 & 5 are Soft Whistles and 2's end & 6's repeat are Normal Claps.
That should simplify things a bit more, right? :3
Last part of the hitsounding is about the volume, but I'll let that to you, since it can help you reason on the hitsounding as a whole :)

    I don't think I can mod this difficulty as I do see a lot of mistakes (Not to be rude) by any chance, for the flow bit try to simmer down the DS and make them play off of each other, something like this http://puu.sh/jXARe/e3f7c987b5.jpg Utilize the way notes interact and feel smooth, this is just an example but use it a lot and your map will become godly.     Somehow manage to balance the parts that I've shown below with these different components and the map will become better, the way the straight sliders and curved sliders interact with another note I've seen wasn't in my eyes that good, but the concept around it and the way you expressed it was rather nice.
  1. 00:00:351 (1,2,3) - First off I wanted to say that this isn't symmetrical as these a two sliders don't blanket the particular note the same. Also that slider (3) has no significant place of being here. The rhythm is thrown off because of the skipping of a white tick.   2. 00:02:611 (1) - Get a clap on tail here to resemble what you had previously
  3. 00:04:118 - It's better to end off a beat with a clickable note, this instance here doesn't really apply much, but I guess it's fine if that's how you were wanting to do it
  4. 00:04:619 (1,2) - The flow here isn't that great because of how the other notes are played soon after, something like this to make the notes interact and have smooth transitions are a key element in hard difficulties http://puu.sh/jXA10/2282cece46.jpg
  5. 00:08:134 (4,1) - This may possibly look unclean since of how close the sliders are to each other, but as for now I'll wait for what others are going to say or might bring up in the future
  6. 00:09:138 (2,3,1) - Can possibly add some effect by rotating these little by little to give it a flare/visual to when people play
  7. 00:12:904 (2) - The whistle on the half-point of this slider isn't necessary, it just seems forced
  8. 00:32:234 (1,2) - The finish should be on slider two instead of one, it just sounds really off on slider 1
  9. 00:43:029 (2,3,4) - Even out the distance of all these sliders to make it neater
  10. 00:48:803 (1,2) - Visually it's not appealing, the slider velocity was already slow enough, but then to suddenly use .5SV isn't really appealing and doesn't seem organized, the map is slow but to make it slower is kind of strange
  11. 00:52:067 (4) - Distance snap in place for cleanliness
  12. 01:05:749 (4,5) - Overlap here is kind of weird but I guess it would be ok for now

[Hitsounds]
This applies to all diffs so I'm just gonna write it in a different section. The hitsounds for both diffs are quite odd and don't follow a specific pattern or anything in the music. For a basic clap pattern that would work for this song, add a soft-clap every 2 white lines, starting from 00:01:105 - . It would sound better than adding claps randomly(?) or however you are adding them. If you would like to add finishes then they can replace every 4th clap. After having a basic structure for your hitsounds you can see if there are any extra details you would like to add in, like the whistles.
