I asked a BAT and that background pic is so close to being unrankable...I would just change it to not cause problems
Easy:
00:26:687 (1) - kind of short for an easy..I would prefer if you changed it
00:31:853 (4,1) - would look nicer if they didn't touch
00:43:972 (5,6,7) - might not want to stack all of these, could be confusing for a beginner
01:01:853 (1,2,3,4) - ^
01:15:164 (6,1) - align?
Sound parts sound slightly empty, add some more whistles?
Normal:
Kind of hard Normal...Almost could be called hard if you raised OD/AR/HP and increased slider velocity slightly (plays like a Hard..might need second opinion) Or make it easier in general~
00:51:720 (2,3,4,1) - would look better if these didn't overlap
00:54:502 (3,4) - ^
01:03:045 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - ^
01:12:382 (1,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,1,1,1,1) - stuff like this is all nice...but it doesn't suit a Normal much (back to my earlier comment)

I would just go through and try and make it slightly cleaner (overlap comments)

I still would like to see one or 2 more mod posts
(if kioukiou disagrees he is welcome to rebubble) I just think it could use some more detailed modding

Stack leniency is unrankable. Increase it at least by 1 or 2 ticks.
Remove the video as well, it is too much, really. Or you could try to censuring the part at 01:31.

EDIT:but i don`t see the point why you use 0.2 here, you don`t have many stacks here, i suggest to use 0.5~0.7
