Timing Sections

Yes, I'm sure it has probably been asked alot before, but I honestly can't figure out how to make a new timing section at all.

Like, I make a new timing section when I notice the bpm has changed drastically, then I go to tap again, but it moves me back to the start of the song, and changes my original bpm..

Can anyone help me please?

Maybe I'm not being entirely clear what exactly my problem is..

Basically;

The song that I am trying to make into a beatmap, changes bpm halfway through the song. So, I understand that I need to add a new 'timing section' to change the bpm halfway through, but keep it the same in the first half.

So, I put a timing section in the middle, and then I go to tap the bpm, like in the first half.

Only, it brings me back to the first half and changes the bpm of the first half, ignoring everything I just did.

Would appreciate some help on this please :)

I'm not actually sure if you can do that. But if your song requires multiple BPMs you shouldn't be using the BPM tapper anyway. Adjust it manually.

Never occurred to me to just do it manually :roll: Christ, I'm an idiot sometimes..
