[web] Show how long it takes before 6-maps-cap is over

I tried to qualify a map, and I got the message: Too many qualified maps over the last 24 Hrs (6Max)
Okay, there are too many, but IMO it should say when a new slot gets free

I hear a lot of people complaining about this, as it's really hard to tell when a new map can get qualified

Why not make it say something like this
Too many qualified maps over the last 24Hrs (6 max)
A new slot will be free by xx:xx
Or this
Too many qualified maps over the last 24Hrs (6 max)
A new slot will be free over xx hours and xx minutes
I'm quite sure this'll make qualifying maps less frustating because of the cap (which also got lowered some time ago, thus more problems came)

Yup. It's kinda awkward to place a heart/flame and then get denied by the system, just because you dont know whether a slot is free or not.

Thats actually what i used to do, lol.

Granted, back in my day, the cap was only an abstract concept, and i broke it quite a few times, lol. But still, its easier to be like "ok good? Rank that. . . Then post "good job :)" in the thread
