Making the hard easier would be something I'd prefer, but the current spread design is fine too.
- 01:03:246 (1,3) - Using the same slider curve rate, preferably a same slider shape, would look more organized.
- 01:18:464 (2,3) - Not worth mentioning, but blanket could be better anyways.
- 00:00:638 (1,2) - 00:02:377 (1,2) - 00:04:116 (1,2) - 00:05:855 (1,2,3) - 00:07:594 (1,2) - 00:08:464 (3,4) - Consider using same distance value when distance snap is on. These inconsistency makes pattern random.
- 00:40:855 (5,6,7) - (5,6) having a higher distance than (6,7) pretty felt weird, since the sound of (7) is stronger than (6). Check if this setting was intended.
- 00:42:377 (1,2) - 00:43:464 (4,5) - Random 1/2 spacing.
- 00:45:855 (1,2) - 00:47:594 (1,2) - 00:49:333 (1,2,3) - Random spacings again.
- 01:01:507 (7,8) - 01:04:985 (5,6) - 01:15:420 (1,2) - 01:24:116 (1,2) - Random. 1.00x will build structure.

- 00:01:942 (2,4) - to bring some variety, I would stick to the main vocals here and avoid 1/1 overuse. The rhythm you use benefits a lot from removing the circles here.
- 00:45:855 (1) - It's a pity that the curves have no any correlation with the song. If we try to stick to the rhythm of the song, we can place the red anchor on the slidertick. example
- 01:01:507 (3) - the 1/2 slider here does not fit with the vocals here. In addition, nothing like that has been used neither before, nor after this pattern.
Note: also, the way 01:01:072 (2,4) - (4) pops under (2) is too confusing for beginners. They will not expect the object to appear here right after they hit (2).
- 00:27:377 - I would prefer to have circles here and in similar patterns in order to represent the drum hit.
- 00:45:855 (1) - the thing I've listed on the Easy applies for this difficulty too.
This difficulty is fine, although I do not agree with your DS choice. x0.6 means that after every single slider players have to go 40% slower, which results in a rather choppy gameplay and does not match with the song's nature. Pushing the DS up to x0.8 or so would be great.

- 00:04:985 (3) - minor - that is my personal opinion, but the agressive curve here should be removed as it has no correlation with the song.
- 00:27:377 - the way drums kick in here requires some emphasis. So, I would prefer to have a circle with some jump here, rather than at 00:26:724 (5,6).
- 00:28:029 (9,10) - the jump here can also be reduced, as the beat here isn't asking for anything this intense.
- 00:40:637 (4,5,6) - vocals are not supported with anything, hence, the jumps seem to be exaggerated. Can we reduce/avoid them here?
- 00:43:681 (5,6,1) - the 1/4 pattern here is hard to distinguish from an 1/2 pattern. Besides, the circle on the blue tick is not necessary as there is practically nothing in the song. Consider removing it?
Note: if you don't remove the circle, try to at least find a way to make the 1/4 thing more readable. - 00:57:159 (4,5) - there should've been a bigger jump, as (4)is a drop-off slider the x2.0 jump feels too small.
It's a nice difficulty, I disagree with a few jumps and their placement/DS values but it is nothing but my own opinion.

- 00:05:855 (1) - I wonder why this slider have a low distance from the previous :/ Seems hard to distinguish for me because pattern transition, but if you feel it's fine it's okay
- 00:12:811 (1) - Hmm, this circle noticeable that feels forced to emphasis because the music stopped getting intense and leave only vocals louder a bit, that makes this spacing doesn't even make sense for me
