this diff fully unranked. But we'll fix it ~_~

• When you mapping diff for beginners - you need to follow some rules. It's not as easy as in more complex diffs. 1) Everything should be intuitive and predictable. 2) No jumps, No streams. 3) create the diff you have only one distance. which you choose from the very start. 3) It should always be included is http://puu.sh/j76Ds/e47d5c8c56.jpg 4) By following these the rules will you do correctly Easy and Normal diffs.

00:00:708 (1,2) - start from here. Enable http://puu.sh/j76Ds/e47d5c8c56.jpg and without changing the spacings - fixed Normal diff.

  1. hitsounds are totally wrong. please review the song again and check the hitsounds that you need to set (all diffs)
  2. offset is totally wrong. be prepared to change the timing points + notes. Offset --> 748 nvm. the previous mod did that
  3. i recommend you to use slider speed into 1 (all of them)
  4. the NC is really bad imo. use the NC after 4 white ticks
  5. the song is totally not original when i checked the pending map. find the original song please rather than using a song that is increased a pitch song
[Ky's Easy]
  1. 00:13:680 (3) - the slider end should be at 00:14:289 -
  2. 00:39:018 (1,2) - blanket needs to improve a little
  3. 01:01:924 - highly recommend you to add a note here
[Normal]
  1. please use DS for Normal diff. it's all wrong here. totally recommend DS 1x or more
[Hard]
  1. since i found that there are some blanket parts, you need to fix them properly like 00:45:707 (1) - for example
  2. 00:03:951 (1,2,3,4) - are you trying to do a symmetrical pattern here? basically, you just need to use Ctrl+. or Ctrl+,

Insane:
For starters, OD 5 is way, *way* too low for an insane. It should never be anything lower than OD7, and for this map I would highly recommend OD8 given that you're doing both a low AR and a low BPM

In the intro, you have a tendency to start new combos way too often which I don't agree with because it hurts readability, but is ultimately sort of harmless. But after that, it starts to cause timing issues. In general, save new combos for the starts of measures or only if it's really obvious that it should be a new combo. So for insane, I'm going to go ahead and list all of these, I'll leave it up to you to find the ones in the other difficulties. :P

00:00:748 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - way too fast for the song's intro IMO, and plays really awkwardly. Cut them to 1/1 notes and increase their spacing to keep up intensity

00:08:856 - There's a really bad over lap here with the end of the slider from 00:07:437 (1). Move the circle so it overlaps perfectly with the slider end.

00:09:869 - Move the (2,3) from 00:10:275 up a couple points and move one into their place. This flows nicely and gives the added benefit of putting the slider on the new measure, justifying it as a new combo. But again, watch the overlap with that first slider from earlier.


00:13:315 (5) - again, bad overlap with 00:11:896 (2,3,4).

00:20:410 (1,2) - Listen to the drums in the background. Those are big hits that deserve big jumps! :P

00:23:450 (1) - this is a huge cop out. I want to play all those synth notes, not just follow a slow rolling slider.

00:26:693 (2,3,4,5,1) - On the "follow the synths" thing, just in general for this section try and map sliders to the synth holds, the 1/1 slider at 00:27:302 (5) really feels out of place. (and again, 00:27:910 (1) - should not be the new combo)

00:46:761 (4,5,6) - Having this as a triple doesn't seem terribly justified. There's nothing in the instrumentals to match it, and feels kinda silly.

00:57:504 (1,2,3,4,5,1,1,2,3,4,5,1) - The same problem I mentioned with the intro, but that's ultimately your decision.

00:59:126 (2,3) - if you want to keep these sliders here, space them. They feel sort of clunky imo.

01:01:356 (3) - bad overlap with the end of the slider at 01:00:545 (4)

01:02:775 (3,4) - Bad overlap

01:13:923 - Listen for the drums here-- there's an awesome slot for a triple and you totally ignored it. :(

01:16:761 (1,2) - Here we have a special case ;) Here, I highly recommend reversing these two (simply ctrl + g), and then setting the NC back onto the new measure. So we go from this:

01:17:775 (1,2 ) - bad blanket. There are probably more of these interspersed throughout the map that I recommend you go back and look for, but in a nutshell you can use the approach circles as guidelines to make your slider fit around the approaching note nicely.

00:44:531 (1) - Again, random slider imo. I suggest copying 00:42:910 (2) - here and making a symmetrical pattern instead.
01:10:072 (2) - Big difference in spacing from everything else but no difference in the song? fix please.

Try putting claps (or i prefer hitnormals, but whatever you want) on the 1st and 3rd white tick of every measure (after the beginning part). It'll sound a lot better, since it's going with the drums in the background.

01:00:950 (1,2,3,4) - same as before, don't put sound where it doesn't belong. It's fine to have notes but don't put loud finishes and stuff

It's like you wanted to make a hard but were like "well to make it a normal all you have to do is add sliders right", and it's right now a LOT harder than it should be, which is no good :(. I'm sorry for not pointing out specifics, an you can PM if you'd like me to point them out. However, a lot of the issues comes from when there's literally just TOO MUCH on the screen. Normal players aren't as dumb as people think, but having lots of notes on the screen at once in varying lengths and shapes can be overwhelming, even with a low AR

Don't put claps on 3 just because it's an easy. The drums don't change
Yeah, if this is your easy, you're definitely going to want to make Normal a LOT easier.
Other than hitsounding, this is technically fine

Remove "Gakkou Gurashi" from the tags and add がっこうぐらし! instead (If you do that, don't forget to add exclamation mark (!) at the end of Gakkou Gurashi at source. You can do that at the first option too tho.) You can do either.
  3. Add "School-Live!" (the English translation of Gakkou Gurashi) to the tags.
  4. Why the combo colors so gloomy.... ;-; Try to use pastel colors, it'll fit the bright song more. BTW, I just realized that you used different combo colors... it's alright but it'll better if they are consistent (In case you don't know, song setup -> colours)

At Hard and Insane, please reduce the number of slider that start on red tick because usually the sounds at red tick are weak and not worthy enough to be emphasized with starting a slider. And please improve your placement (blanket mostly) and NC-ing. I'll improve ^^

  2. You don't need to add "Gakkou Gurashi" to the tags since you already mentioned it in source. What you can do : 1. Change the source to がっこうぐらし! and keep "Gakkou Gurashi" at the tags, 2. Remove "Gakkou Gurashi" from the tags and add がっこうぐらし! instead (If you do that, don't forget to add exclamation mark (!) at the end of Gakkou Gurashi at source. You can do that at the first option too tho.) You can do either.
  3. Add "School-Live!" (the English translation of Gakkou Gurashi) to the tags.
  4. Why the combo colors so gloomy.... ;-; Try to use pastel colors, it'll fit the bright song more. BTW, I just realized that you used different combo colors... it's alright but it'll better if they are consistent (In case you don't know, song setup -> colours)
  5. Song setup -> Design; disable widescreen support and letterbox during break
  6. You could place the audio preview here 01:01:964 so you could hear the "hai" at the preview; it'll sounds cute -w- or here 01:00:747 to include the "daisuki" as well -w-

  1. 01:09:666 (2,3) - maybe change things around to blanket 2 in 3?
Solid, no real problems.

Normal

  1. Combo colours.
  2. 00:02:369 (1) - maybe remove every second NC like this one to keep drain at least a bit.
  3. 00:35:004 (2,3) - switch these in time and place, so you have the rhythm note note slider slider, since it plays so much better.
  4. 00:36:423 (1,2) - don't stack these, it might be hard to read.
  5. 01:27:099 (2,3) - pure preference: to reduce difficulty and to emphasise the last note, i would make these a slider.

Hard

  1. Like in normal, combo colours, you don't have them.
  2. Again, I would remove every second NC to keep the drain going at the start of the song.
  3. 00:20:410 (1,2,3) - these aren't completely straight, so either make them like that, or make another shape like a small triangle

Insane

  6. 00:21:018 (4) - I would increase spacing between this and the previous, to emphasise the strong 'end' of both vocal and instruments

  9. 01:27:504 (4) - spacing to emphasise 'end' of vocal and instruments
