I got the feeling that something is off with my rank.
I gain ~10 pp today while Osu! had some problems with another company or something (DigitalOcean was down I think). Anyways I did gain the PP after the problem was fixed, but my rank stayed the same. I first thought that it didnt, but the i search for someone with the exact same pp and he is ~100 ranks above me, which is not possible with only 0.99 or something pp.
Am I wrong or is there really a bug ?? At the same time could some1 explain what DigitalOcean does ??

Ik im not near your rank but im 56k with 1.495pp and ive been passing maps today that would normally get me pp with 300combo or so.

I did these maps today and i haven't been giving any pp what so ever. and im confused

@C00prin Propably the same issue, I checked it out and some1 with less pp has a better ranking than you Oo

I'm pretty sure that if you have the same pp then the guy who got that amount before you will have the higher rank. They don't reward duplicate ranks, as in only one person can be rank X, if there's more than 1 person that has the same pp as rank X then they just get rank X+1, X+2, X+3 ....
So it's very possible that there are 100 people with the same amount of pp and sometimes the site doesn't update right away and you need to wait a bit.

If you have same amount of pp and lower level you will be lower rank.

Play once and make osu submit the score
The servers were down for a while, so it needs to recalculate (this happens only after a new submission)

I've set 2 scores and they appeared in my recent activity, but gave no pp and didn't appear in my top performances...

Idk something is definitely up

Guys, something is up, yeah. Don't panic because if they appear in your recent activity it means the system has your scores and you'll get your PP eventually. Just stay calm and chill out.
