I noticed you followed Scarlet's timing points for your diff but omitted the 278BPM timing points. This causes the timing to be completely off because the main rhythm of the song doesn't start at 00:00:063 -, but instead starts at 00:01:142 -, and that's the timing point that you deleted off.
So, I added a timing point with 139BPM to 00:01:142 - so that the rhythm of the beat is accurate. You don't have to worry about your notes being messed up though, they're still the same. This addition of timing point doesn't affect the placement of your notes at all.
