And at the time, I just got into anime.

I play osu! because I love rhythm games, it's also a nice change of pace from Stepmania.

Elite Beat Agents looked really interesting to me, but never had the chance to play it at the time. (Other than in a store on a broken DS, wasn't much fun I'll tell you that)

I stumbled across an Osu! video on xfire video while watching videos for other games and just going by what was recommended on the side. I thought that it looked like EBA and had to try it. Really was surprised with how well this game is made, it's far better than most paid games.

I've played EBA before and thought it was really cool. I don't remember exactly how I found this site, I think a friend pointed it out to me. I tried it... loved it. It's of the few games I've consistently played longer than just a few months.

So.....much......Touhou.............. :)

I like music and games.

I accidentally found osu while searching for gate on the web.
Nekoroll
Was an EBA fan but felt turned off that the DS game was so easy and wanted more of a challenge with better songs.
TBTE
I saw this in a GameInformer Mag.
Haseo_old
I forgot why, maybe because I was in search of an online rhythm game back then. Fooie.

I loved the heck out of EBA and the 2 OSU! DS games, as well as music/rhythm games in general, but only realised this game existed when I saw a youtube video of it.

I started playing the main OSU! mode, but then discovered CTB a few weeks ago, and since then it's been a staple in my life.

I did end up playing all the modes, though.

1. It's a game that requires pure skill (there is no pay-2-win + in the end pure skill winz).
2. Music based game accessable for everyone, and most likely the only one so far + an "unlimited" amount of maps that are created by users.
A8mew
"Friend" linked it to me and suggested I try it, sort've glossed over it until I saw "Ass Up!".

Not gonna lie, I came here for the softcore porn and stayed for the game.
moneybagzkd
A friend introduced me to it, we play cod4 and his aim was awesome, so he showed me this game which helps his accuracy alot!

I had a lot of stress on a certain RTS game called HoN so i decided to quit that game and find something fun to play. And then a friend introduced osu! to me. Saw a couple of vids on youtube so yeah.

*weird whistle noises in the background*
Me: I'm bored. What are you doing? :/
Friend: Playing Osu!
Me: erm? whut? what's that? :/
Friend: *sends video*

thought it looked alright. Spent like 30 mins trying to pass a half a star song cause i didn't understand sliders and my friend was
not nice enough to explain to me. (back in that time there was no such thing as a tutorial song and i was 'too cool' to look it up in the website lol)
2 years later and here i am lol.
CInk_Ibrahim
I saw osu in a starcraft stream.
Streamer played few min while he were waiting for his opponent.
Now instead of starting sc2 i play osu...

Did I post here before? Oh well, I'll post again =3
Stumbled across osu! Taiko mode in Youtube while searching for Taiko no Tatsujin songs. Intrigued, I tried it out.
One year later, I'm still here, mostly because I have friends here, you can play offline and soooo many songs to choose from XD
