normal-hitnormal9.wav has 10ms delay and it's unrankable, please fix that hitsound
I think some beats in the part from 01:39:658 - to 01:50:630 - like 01:40:687 - ~ 01:40:858 - and 01:42:058 - ~ 01:42:230 - are 1/6 ones instead of 1/4, but they sound kinda iffy at some points. I'm not really sure about how to deal with them but at least I'll mention this here.

I'm not generally not a fan of having so many slider overlaps though, I think it's your style. and this diff plays pretty cool, nice work.
