Fixed some more things at IRC, seems fine to me GL

Unfortunately, there are some important things that need some attention ._.
* It seems people don't like 128 kb/s mp3 files, when a better alternative is availible. To satisfy everyone, please use this file instead. (Offset 367, Video Offset -1115, from FLAC source, should sound much better!)
* ^ Yeah, maybe the general stuff seems irrelavent to some, but I don't want to have bothersome DQs with drama >_>
* Minor, but "Btw, is it only me who feels the beat of 03:06:278 - terrible in higher diffs?". Said by Sonnyc a few posts ago, I can agree to some degree with this. Up to you guys tho.
* Also minor / personal preference, but what I did find strange is that almost every difficulty is a collab, yet only one has SB names?
* 00:33:278 (3) - Same as Hard.
* 00:23:278 (3,4) - 00:28:278 (1,2) - 00:29:278 (5,6) - Due to stacking, these overlap in-game. This is probably not intended at all. For a better view, enable 'Stacking' from the 'View' drop-down menu.
* 01:21:278 (3,4,1) - Reason for inconsistent spacing?
* 00:21:778 (5) - Not really sure how a 3/4 slider could fit here? I mean, there's literally a sound on the first blue tick & the red tick. The only tick that doesn't have a sound is now mapped?
* 00:33:278 (1) - Assuming you want to follow the vocals, this should definitely be 1/3. Female vocal does indeed come up on the red tick too, but the blue tick is overmapped/snapped incorrectly now. Highly suggest follow male vocal instead.
* Lower HP than Hard? Don't really see the reason...
* 00:22:028 (8,1) - Am I the only one who finds this big way too large for a rather ~calm~ part?

Well I just added it on the hard because I didn't know which part were mapped by Desperate, Mao, Sonnyc and eINess from the Advanced and Normal, anyways Desperate and Mao told me to not use a storyboard for their difficulty but but we'll see what they want to say about this stuff otherwise I'll keep it as is.

Anyway, Twin diffs never have storyboard names, it doesn't really matter who mapped what.
