Define "doing maps"
Low accuracy and breaking combos often means you are inconsistent.
I bet people gonna tell you to "FC songs a bit above your level" and "play more and for fun".
Which is true i suppose. But how can you tell what songs are those?
4.5* songs are definitely not on your level , like dude, ive been playing for forever too and i can barely FC 3.6* maps.
My advice would be to play easier maps and aim for high accuracy and full combos. If you are like me you are going to fail a lot than one day suddenly FC it perfectly .BOOM. like that. What is goin on in this game.
Looking at your profile you have some nice A-s and S-s but some B-s too.
Look for 3.5-3.8* maps though not every map is the same like a 3.4* can be way harder than a 3.9 which i dont understand as well.
I suggest the touhou/ZUN songs with cover i forgot the girls name but yeah those are great love them.
