I think it needs some 1/2 rhythm to calibrate the difficulty spread. Since it's Fuutsu there should be some of those rhythm. Yet this is the easiest difficulty in the mapset, and the star difficulty should 2.0 or below. Adding 1/2 rhythms wouldn't hurt. Here's where you can add notes.
