Hello, i have a request to change my name from ''Magicsz'' to ''Arcane'' Because my first change was just the switch from ''magicsz to ''Magicsz'' (the captial M) I hope you find this a good Reason for me to change my name.

Send an email to accounts@ppy.sh rather than posting here.
You could probably get it changed for free, but I'd imagine they'd want you to pay for a name change.
Alternatively, you can follow THIS link and buy a name change.
