You must not silence both slider ticks and slider slides together. insane does this a lot of times and even uses muted sliderends on top of that, so what's the point of ending these sliders so late then. if you dislike the sound of ticks so much, you may use tick rate 0.5 or a silent file for soft-slidertick, but you may not use 5% volume lines to achieve that

00:07:173 (1,2,3) - i wouldn't really use this kind of variation here as it causes the stronger downbeat to be on a sliderend instead of emphasizing it properly like 00:01:173 (1,2,3,4) - does
00:35:673 (2,2) - this overlap can be pretty confusing since the 2nd slider appears before the first one has even ended, would be nice to at least unstack it from the sliderend
00:50:673 (2) - you should consider unstacking this since you don't use stacks for 3/4 rhythms and it could be very confusing with the 1/2 stack right before at 00:46:173 (4,1) - and the 1/1 stack right after at 00:52:548 (1,2) -
01:10:548 (4) - missed NC i assume? nc patterns in the kiai aren't that long

you should consider lowering the AR here, 8 seems really over the top given how slow the song is and how simple is the map... 6 or7 would feel much better here imo

00:38:298 (2) - i don't really agree with this slider skipping a strong beat at 00:38:673 - considering both the guitar note and vocals, it would be nice if you could map this red tick in some way, like with a repeat slider, or 1/2 slider + circle, anything really

i really don't think you should use as many muted sliderends because you're muting both sliders which end on nothing, and sliders which end on actual sounds in the music... a clear example would be 00:38:298 (1,2) - where there are vocals on 1's sliderend, but it's muted, and there is nothing on 2's sliderend, which is also muted. it ignores the music a lot, and i don't agree with it

same concern as rui's diff, ar8.3 seems pretty high for this map, i think you should really consider lowering the AR here too, like 7.5 would be much better imo
