Hi i start a new idea of osu!api.
I think to get twitter in osu! can be cool because what can we do with this?
Connect to you twitter account.
Write tweets on when you are on the main menu.
Get notification (on main menu or when you play a song) when you get a notif on twitter with a message "@Banchobot Anwser,retweet,favorite your post" (while playing) and in the main menu get a message and showing tweets notif (don't know if you understand for the moment ask more question if you don't understand).
Send your score (if it's possible to do).
Choose an options for share the song what you listening or play with the tweet "@MioAkiyamaGTV is now playing to SMILE.dk - Butterfly" with the link of the map sure
(you can disable this options).
Language support [English/French/Japanese/Chinese] (get a max language)
Choose an options to share a tweet if you open a lobby game on the multigame "@MioAkiyamaGTV start a multiplayer game [Room name: Test]" (You can disable this options to).

I can't do this api because i don't know how dev a software (api,C+,C++,C# and etc....) but if anyone who know how do this if that possible to do you're welcome
(You can add your idea,my idea and the idea of other players) but i want to know if that possible to do
