[resolved] osu! won't connect online

Problem Details:
when i opened osu!, the updater comes out and its says "an error occured! Please check your internet connection." although my internet works fine.
i also already put osu! on the firewall and antivirus exception. so i don't really know what cause this..

osu! version: 20150414.2 (latest)

EDIT : i tried doing what azer467 said in this post. and the osu! actually run. but i now can't login to bancho...

Can you try to ping the servers by typing "ping irc.ppy.sh" in the cmd console for making sure there aren't any connection problem from the side of your isp?

If you are sure that there aren't any timeouts then that won't be necessary.
Did you try to relog or change your password?

i already try to relog but still it wont connect online and i didn't change my password either

Could be an accounting issue.

so they said it's not an account issue.
i also tried to change my connection but osu still can't get online. :'(

Hmm that's odd, have you considered deleting the <pcname>.osu!.cfg file to make sure there isn't a problem about that?
Other than that i don't really have an idea what could cause this.

Delete everything in the folder (maybe backup your songs) and just install completely new?
It usually doesn't solve things but that would still be an option.

i already close my osu and its says osu.exe still working. i already tried end task and when i tried to delete the osu.exe it says its still working? and then i open the osu.exe again and its says "osu! crashed" so i try to end the process tree but it says acces denied

i actually have no idea why it became like this;;;

Make sure you don't have two versions of osu installed on accident.

As for your problem:
I don't think i can really, I'm afraid.
Maybe someone else has another idea.

well i can login now when i tried to click .osz i have on download? ...
im not sure what really happened tho :? :?
