[General]
  1. I would recommend to add Mayak as a tag. It is an alternative romanisation for the artist's name.
[Storyboard]
  1. Radioactive ruins of the city called Pripyat aren't reappy appropriate for a BG on this nostalgy song, if you ask me. Try monochrome / and normal versions of another BG.
  2. 03.png has a couple of yellow points in it's lower corner. Picture. Please, consider cutting them.
  3. Did you really use Rain sprites? I see them in the code, but it does not look like it actually appears in the map.
  4. Overall quality of the blankets is a little low. Some patterns like this one on Easy - 00:33:652 (3,1) - are quite obvious, so, please, consider improving them.
[Easy]
  1. {ersonally, I think that your combos are a little too short. Placing NCs twice less often would look much better, if you ask me. Comboing feels really broken with the slow and long vocals, and the music isn't asking for intense comboing too.
  2. 00:49:402 (1,2,3) - a simple Ctrl+G would work much better in terms of rhythm. 00:50:902 - 00:51:652 - so that both of these beats are emphasized.
    Note: 03:05:902 (2,1,2) - and another Ctrl+g here for the similar reason. Beats should be emphasized, while the long vocals can be mapped with a slider instead.
  3. 01:02:902 - this beat deseerves some emphasis as well. Add a circle here. End the previous slider 1/1 before, where the synth(?) sound actuall fades.
    Note: 01:10:402 (1) - same as above.
  4. 01:13:402 (1) - quite similar with the suggestion above. A circle at 01:14:902 - The tail of the slider lands on "Я готов", which is a different part of the lyrics. Therefore, it should be a different hitobject.
  5. 01:31:402 (1,1) - the overlap is slightly noticeable for those, who have snaking sliders disabled. I am quite okay with it, but if there is an opportunity to avoid such an overlap - do so.
  6. 02:22:402 (1,2) - consider using Ctrl+G, so the vocals "все" won't feel random in the middle of a slider. Example

    Great job! Simple and neat. Just a few things I don't really agree with.

  1. 01:17:855 (2,3) - most probably, I would just ignore these beats. They are not really important for the song and confuse players. So, a little simplification wouldn't hurt.
    Note: 02:53:855 (2,3) - same, I suppose.
  2. 01:50:527 - consider adding a circle here. In my ears, the beat is begging for something clickable.

    02:55:027 (4) - I am not really happy with the way how claps are ignored in patterns like 02:55:027 (4) - this one. Players have no chance to hit the strongest beat, which is quite unnatural. But apart from that, I really enjoyed the difficulty.
[Hard]
  1. 00:28:402 (1) - I see the point of this slider, but I would prefer to have apattern like 00:31:402 (1,2) - as it seems to fit much better with the calm and relaxing nature of the song.
    Note: 02:35:152 (3) - consider changing this one to a softer curve, if you apply the suggestion above. So, that sliders in this diff follow the same style.
  2. 01:17:714 (2) - are you sure about using 1/16 in the difficulty like this? I highly recommend you to simplify the moment as much, as possible. As 1/16 even on such a low BPM feels really overdone here to me.
    Same applies gfor the similar ones, of course.
  3. 01:26:902 (4) - minor - just keeping the slider straight would result in a better flow, give it a try!

    Enjoyable and good-looking.
I would recommend to get a few more opinions on the spread, as the Normal seems to lack 1/2 beats. Everything else is quite good, from my point of view.

• Trochu se mi nelíbí spread mezi Normalem & Hardem. Co kdybys ještě v Normalu namapoval jednu část, kde je pauza a to od 02:07:402 - . Diff rate by se tím očividně zvýšil.

Easy:
• 00:33:652 (3,1) - Tenhle blanket je trochu mimo. Zkus (1) posunout trochu doleva a pak uprav prostřední čtverec ve slideru tak, aby to pěkně pasovalo. Nějak takhle.
• 02:07:402 - Je to jenom čistě můj názor ale uvítal bych před pauzami nějaký note. To samé platí o 03:43:402 -
• 03:29:152 (2) - Posuň na x:326; y:82 aby to bylo rovnoměrné s 03:28:402 (1) - .

Normal:
• O těch pauzách to tady platí taky.
• 03:19:027 (4,2) - Tady bych uvítal stack.

Hard:
• 01:34:402 (1,2,3,4) - Co třeba takhle?
• 02:53:855 (3) - Zkus to posunout na 02:53:902 - ať je aspoň menší mezera mezi 02:53:714 (2) - & 3.
• 03:41:714 (2,3) - To samé tady.

• 02:53:855 (3) - Zkus to posunout na 02:53:902 - ať je aspoň menší mezera mezi 02:53:714 (2) - & 3. No.. tam bych to posunout nemohl, protože tam v songu nic není, nicméně, vyřešilo se to tím, že jsem smazal 1/16 slidery.
• 03:41:714 (2,3) - To samé tady.

  2. 00:20:902 (3) - why you dont put 1/4 reverse slider for here? change like 00:11:902 (2,2) - them. thats better for music imo.

  2. 01:17:855 (2) - how about change beat snap? ignore those 1/16 beat. i recommend two types. lets see.
    first, add note on 01:18:089 (2) - here. (but i think its still harsh to tap. cause there is blue tick.)

    second type, make slow(use timing pointx0.6~0.5 whatever) slider on from 01:16:402 (1) - here to 01:18:089 (2) - this.

Updated storyboard a little, text during kiai is more readable and fitting the song.

Hi. Your map is really good, didn't find anything bad about objects.
But your rain in storyboard doesn't work for me, I don't know why.
And since this song is russian, I'd like to force you to add "russian" to the tags. Call me when fixed.

Added russian to tags along with 80s and lo-fi - That's because the song is obviously inspired by 80s music and lo-fi is one of tags for those who would find for music with distorted quality on purpose.

About rain, it should trigger when you miss in the beatmap.
