osu! Medium Championship (50.000 - 20.000) [QUALIFY STAGE]

Welcome to this little Tournament. We still need referees which helps with the Tournament

Stream 1 | Stream 2 | Stream 3

Post will be expanded after the Registration Phase.


Tournament System

SPOILER
- 1vs1 Matches, everyone plays for himself.
- Group Stage with 4-16 (depends on the Number of Participants) 4 Man Groups (where the first 2 Places will be in the next Round) and after that K.O. Matches.
- Every Match is going up to 3 Points in the Group Stage (later more), who ever has at first 3 Points will win the Match.
- A Match Moderator is in every Round in the Lobby between the Maps so he can pick the Map and look that everyone is going with the Rules.

Rules

- No Cheating/Hacking for sure.
- No strong Language in the Matches, be nice to each other.
- Only pick the Maps from the Beatpool for this Round and only with the given Mods.
- Act according to the instructions of the Match Moderators.

Registration

The Registration ended thanks to 50 Registrations, because of so much interest I had to stop the Registration Phase because it would be just to much for me to handle with, the lowest Rank Players will play in the Qualify Stage. At the 25th of June will be more Information about that.

I'll be joining in! I hope that I'm not ranked too high... (~23k-ish). If I am, then I will take back my application.

EDIT: Also, once the beatmap pool is released, you can PM me and we can practice together in a multiplayer match! It's always fun to play with others. :3

I'm pretty sure you can. If you look at the sign-up list that was created yesterday, there is a rank 19k on it, so I think that it's ok.

The maximum Rank is for the Registration Time so when you had registrated and you was under 20k you can still participate.

In other words you still can participate :)

Yes, it'd be alot more fun and worthwhile seeing who can play better at higher stars rather than playing at something generally at around 20-50k.
What I mean is that instead of playing say an ar8 4star song, we play a 4.8-5.2 ar9/10 song.

I would love to be able to do some 6 stars if possible. 5.5 if 6 is a bit too high. I don't want to play 4 stars because they're a bit too slow and it'd be a boring match.

Oh yes! That would be amazing if the other ranks could be able to play them! I'm fine with 4-6 star maps, since I think that other maps on the lower spectrum are pretty slow and boring. :)

Something like that yeah, maybe not as jumpy c:
I just feel that it's not really depicting the tournament on skill if we're playing something slow and boring.

The Mappool will be released 1-3 Days after the Registration ends together with all Information for your first Matches so just look up commonly the Post and you will not miss anything :)

The Mappool will be around 4-5 Stars so It can happen that its 5.2 but also that its 3.8. The AR for the No Mod, Free Mod and HD Maps is 9-10 and for DT its 7-8 (so if you count DT its AR9 - AR9.67) and for HR its AR 7-8 (so if you count HR its AR9.8-AR10)

Mappool release in my comment over this and the Tournament start is 1-2 Weeks after Mappool release after that every Weekend one Match except of Group Stage.

To registrate go here. Only registrate if you are between Rank 50.000 and 20.000. The Registration ends at the 27th of June 1-2 Days after it will be released all necessary Information for the first Round. When more than 64 Players registrate only the most high ranked Players will be accepted.
