Very smal cursor.
I was told many times that i use way too small cursor and i tried playing with bigger but it just didnt work out for me.
I do use trail.
I use it because it gives me better idea of where my cursor is without having to focus at it at all. Plus i dont have to deal with my cursor disappearing when i do really fast snaps which happens a lot if i dont use trail.

I use 1.0x with a trail on 30% opacity. The cursor is around 2/3 of the numbers on the hitcircle.
I made the cursor for cs5, but it works with other circle sizes by setting the size to auto-size + 1.16x.
(and the cursor trail is as small as the centre and just barely visible)

I don't even know where I can find the size of my cursor. I just use random skins of random people so it changes all the time .

I'm either using a small cursor with a dark trail, or a cursor that's almost as big as a CS5 hit cricle.
I used to use 0.75x then used x1 instead since I ignore the cursor anyways
I change cursor every now and then so I often adjust cursor size. I like to keep it roughly half the diameter of the hitcircle:

I used to use 1x normal cursor, but now I use 1.7x cursor and i like it way more.
