Where do you focus your eyes on the screen when playing?

i stare at the center of one of the 4 corners on the playfield or the center depending on where the notes are
I just stare blankly in some general area of the screen; If I keep shitmissing I need to focus individually on each circle. I'm trying to do that more often now.

Multi-Tasking my eyes... I focus on the hit circles, approach circle, the cursor and cursor trail. For my best.
On the circles.
I actually aim at the NEXT circle, not the one I need to hit now.
Look at each note and u will become better. Although is more demanding to your eyes, and I only do that for jumps . Otherwise. Just look at the general area of the notes.

I used to stare at whole screen when I played with a mouse. might have had something to do with not having absolute positioning
Just in case anyone wanted know, rrtyui looks at whole screen (notes, cursor and followpoints), niko stares at each circle, Cookiezi stares at the cursor (though that's info from wayyyy back in 2011) and thelewa stares at patterns (he might have changed that). Don't take it for granted though, it's just things I've read from ask.fm's and what-not...

I stare at my stream chat while I play so I miss a lot.

General direction where i expect circle to appear, in case i dont know where circle should appear i just look at the whole screen.
Approach circles in patterns, cursor, and center of circle. I honestly can't make up my mind while I play.
I highly recommend focusing on the circle you need to click. I feel that if I could do that, I'd miss a lot less. Usually I focus near the center of the screen, but then I get really stupid misses.
I stare at a picture of Bauxe's beautiful face on the left side of my wall
I space out and stare at my cursor so it doesn't really count as focus.

You don't actually play the game and are incapable of clicking anything resembling a circle so all of that is liesZenithPhantasm wrote:

TFW you get to a spinner at the end of a map and check chat and fail because there are like 7 notes right at the end.
