Problem Details:
If you go through a transition or a fade, which would be things like changing between menus, going to the black map load screen or back, etc, pressing left or right in the chat box can have various effects.
1. Your input won't be registered.
2. The text cursor might get offset.
3. The left and right keys get flipped, so pressing left goes right and pressing right goes left, when moving the text cursor through the line of text.
This occurs mostly when you're chatting to someone, and need to edit your line.
This has been happening in stable and cutting edge for the past year or so, so it's a pretty old bug. Kind of wonky and irritating, yet strange why it behaves in such a manner.
