If you are asking to disable the pen click when you touch the tablet, you can disable it here:
You should be able to turn it off completely in the tablet driver options. I have a different model but i have a tab that says 'Touch' where i can disable it fully.

Uh...
There's a little switch at the back of the tablet (opposite side of where the cable plugs in) to enable or disable all touch functionality
Flip that switch.
