[Archived] Score Submission slow or don't submit

I've been having this problem for about 4 days now,
When I make an S, my score take 5~8 minutes to submit or just don't submit.
I completely disabled the firewall, restart my pc, restart router, and nothing.

osu! version: 20150414.2 (latest)

Scores will try submit for 1 hour as long as the client is opened.
In advance you could try to ping the servers in your command prompt by typing "ping irc.ppy.sh" in the cmd
and if you get any timeouts then contact your isp as it's nothing we can do about it then.

Now my records takes only 15 minutes max. to submit, and I got responses from the ping.
