After some discussion with peppy and Alace, this song have unstable drumbeats also some part's bpm are changing.
Obvious part is 18000-22000, but ignorable change.
Also anyone in Win7 might not be able to hear the difference depend on the 7/vista sound subsystem don't allow accurate metronome.
So it is no wonder why you can't hear the difference, same as osuplayer and ztrot.
