I can't increase OD or HP because the stars will increase and it will become unrankable.

Ahaha, I can see why some people are grumbling over Neethime's difficulty up there. xD There are a lot of elements within the map that doesn't make it feel like the easiest difficulty, particularly the 1/2 notes. However, to me, I think that most of the difficulty is fine. :3 I do think that areas around the very beginning and the end seem to be a little difficult (Examples: 00:15:303 (7,8,9,10) - , 03:41:819 (1,2,3,4,1) - ), so if you really think you can make it easier without harming anything, Neethime, then go for it. ^^

Also, suggestion on the SB, Kecco o:!!! Maybe you can have a brighter image (or white?) around the chorus area (01:08:142 (1) - in [Hard] for example). Let it do a long strobe, from something like say, 0.5 -> 0. It'll fit that boom quite well. xD

Just suggestions for a great map.
